It's a great place for good unique dishes. My office goes here for lunch often and I brought my family in last Friday for dinner. Our server was excellent. Mistakes were made in the kitchen but server was more than accommodating

I stopped in on a Saturday early evening for dinner and sat out on the patio. This was my first visit but won’t be my last. I saw a very good looking shrimp dish on their Instagram and intended on getting that but when I saw their full menu I had trouble deciding. I ended up getting the salmon tirana. It was very very good. Everything tasted very fresh. That piece of bread was delicious. I almost tried dessert but I was too full. The server did tell me that they make the desserts in house daily. I considered getting a piece of cake to go but didn’t. The patio was nice. It is not enclosed so if you like sitting outside you will like it but if you’d rather be under cover and out of the elements sit inside. Prices were fair. The service staff were attentive, friendly and personable. Parking is on the street and metered but free after a certain time and on weekends. Definitely recommend trying them if you are in the area. Save room for dessert and let me know how it is!

Ordered the daily special. My meal came without the coleslaw. Was told they ran out. No substitution offered.

Our server was very helpful and the service was great! The food was tasty and nice serving size. The personal pizzas are sharable size! And the chia latte was delish.

This place is AMAZING and so are the staff!!! There are so many unique and yummy dishes that I wouldn't expect to find in a small town like Carlisle. The salmon is definitely my favorite.

Traveler’s review: This place is such a hidden gem. It’s on a small lane but oh my, the food was fantastic. The Chicken and Shrimp Salerno was the best I’ve tasted and I’ve had my fair share of good food. The chicken nor shrimp was over cooked and the sauce was packed with flavor. I went in for a super early dinner so the place was quiet and peaceful. Great spot for a family meal, a date, or to hang out with friends. I would’ve loved a glass of wine with my food but it’s more of a café vibe so I understand.

Met a friend for lunch and we were both pleased with our food and the atmosphere. The tomato bisque tasted harvest-fresh and the Sage chicken salad sandwich was delicious. The sandwich was served on a nutty whole grain bread, which contributed to the deliciousness. These chefs know what they are doing! The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food here. (My total lunch bill was $11!) Definitely one of Carlisle's best restaurants and as a foodie, I highly recommend you patronize this delightful, new gem in Carlisle.

From appetizers to dessert everything was prepared wonderfully. Even their English Fog tea was spot on. I had the manicotti as my main dish and the ingredients were perfectly balanced. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Excellent time out with friends. The dinner was exquisite. I had the stuffed beef tenderloin and would recommend it! The staff was friendly, attentive, and and recommend the London Fog as an after dinner. Looking forward to going back!

Outstanding service and food was superb! Black bean Soup was very flavorful. Chicken Tortellini Soup was equally yummy- VEGES were perfect, nicely seasoned. Had the Sunset Chicken, deliciously seasoned and cooked to perfection. stuffed beef tenderloin was absolutely on point, very rich in flavor! The food was next level delish!!! Love the BYOB, popped around the corner to Castlerrigg for a bottle of wine. Parked at the ground lot just past the POMFRET Street Garage. All within a very easy walk! Great place for a date or fine dining excursion. Well Done Sage! WELL DONE! We will definitely be back!!!

Service was 5 stars! Nutty chicken sandwich was delicious, but it could have used more sauce. Burger was delicious, but ordered medium rare and it was well done.
