Food was good , service kinda slow because only had 1 person doing the restaurant and tending bar , and the bad thing about it Is the language coming from the bar it was F this And F that , not a place I would wanna go to all the time
Bar stools are too high for the bar. That's my only complaint. Other than that, it's a really laid back place. I like it
Nice bar, beeen great local establishment for decades, which has only improved over time,and awesome wing night once a weeek,with several flavors to choose from as welll.
We were seated promptly and got our drinks. It was burger night and at 5:45 they took our order. Our waitress was very nice and courteous but our food didn’t come out until 7:15. The waitress said they didn’t have enough burgers because they were busier than they expected. She never ask if we would like something else which we would have done rather that wait for an hour and half. I don’t know if they had to go out for more meat or what. It is a shame to say but we won’t be back.
Decent food. Decent prices. Cold beer. Great service. But the thick smoke from indoor smokers makes this a place to avoid. Sorry, if you're going to promote smoking at least spend the money on air cleaners.
Service was pleasant, but slow. Food was good, but the smell of stale cigarettes from the bar greatly diminished the dining experience. Made me feel like it was 1978 all over again....
They lost a regular today. I’m a regular, my fiancé and I usually order fire and ice wings every Tuesday, then eat in every Friday. This past Saturday we decided to come out, not only was the owner as rude as she always is, she also had us waiting at our table for over THIRTY MINUTES. No drink, and no menu, she looked at us MULTIPLE times and walked right past. How disrespectful of her, not only has the service gone down but the wings on tuesdays are now MUCH smaller and constantly burnt and crispy. From stealing her waitresses tips to blatantly ignoring a regular customer. We went and made a reservation at central hotel, also as packed, and were seated and given menu’s immediately.

Stopped in for some Wings on wing night. Wings were .50each min 10 per sauce. I think it should be 5. Wings were crispy and good. The Bartender was busy but not systematic... Restrooms really need some remodeling.
Was back for prime rib Was excellent salad was fresh on cold plate...picked beets excellent....fresh fries... yummy 😋

Make sure to bring cash for a tip if you plan on using a credit card. For some reason you are unable to leave a tip for your server/bartender, no option. I'm sure those poor girls get stiffed often, shame. Also, a service fee is added to your bill if you pay w credit. I'm ok with it since it's a convenience but a heads up would be appreciated
Good food,atmosphere and service.... Would be 5 stars if it wasn't 80 degrees in the bar all the time. And you need new pool sticks
We stopped this evening for dinner and drinks. We sat at a table in the bar area, another person came in at the same time as us and sat at the bar. That person was promptly served. WE WAITED. The bar tender looked out at us, a cook came out of the kitchen and spoke to us. WE WAITED. The bar tender continued to serve the bar. We WAITED. The bar tender went and hid out in the kitchen. WE WAITED. A few people left from the bar, the bar tender cashed them out right in front of our table. We WAITED. WE WAITED 25 minutes... 25 minutes not one time did she greet us, she looked at us but apparently didn't want to serve us because we were not sitting at the bar where it was easy for her to just wait on whoever sat at the bar. She could have and should have said "One moment" , or "I will be out as soon as I can" It was her choice to just not wait on us. We got up and walked out, the bartender watched. We ended up going up to Crooked Creek. The girls welcomed us as soon as we walked in we had an amazing dinner great service and spent our hard earned money at an establishment that knows their patrons keep the lights on. Needless to say we will not be returning to Deer Oak anytime soon. Jane might wanna brush up on her training I've been there while she chased the employees around harassing them maybe she needs to get back to that because apparently they have got a little lazy!
Loved it! Went on wing night when wings were $0.50 each! Wings were amazing!!! I can't do spice so BBQ has more of a kick. So I'd reccomend the honey bbq if you're like me!!! So many options to choose from. I think they had like over 30 flavors??
Great burgers and wings, which come in 37 flavors.
Small bar, separate dining area for families with children. Pool table and some gambling machines. Menu looks promising but the food tasted okay. The alcoholic drinks are not that strong. But atmosphere was actually nice and people seemed nice. Worth a second chance.
Fun place. Food pretty darn good. It's a smoking bar if ypu can't breathe smoke
Absolute best food and understands what type of drink you want. For like 6 drinks and a few items of food I spent 40$. Absolute must!
Outstanding first time there waitress was great and very helpful...food was awsome definitely a must try...
