The coffee is locally roasted which is discovering them! If you live near here or are visiting make the trip. They are just inside the breezeway near Saks.
I got some pastries and croissants from here and they're the right sweetness and fluffiness. I wasn't a big fan of the cheese croissant but everything else was amazing. I recommend a visit! It's a hidden gem in the 2 bala plaza building.
This is the best cozy cafe with such delicious food. The server, “Theis” is so friendly, he enjoys what he does and does it well, always with a cute smile, friendliest hello and departs with “come on back to see me.” Love this place, love the service and Theis is so lovable too.

Coffee is fantastic. Tice is super friendly and welcoming. Especially coming from a coffee-shop wasteland (Florida), this place felt great!
Still one of the best coffee shops outside of Philly. Check out this gem if you're ever in Bala Cynwyd. Theis is a great barista and has your coffee needs covered.

My milk-allergic daughter had a life-threatening anaphylactic reaction to their chai with oat milk a few days ago. It resulted in an epinephrine shot right after down the hall and a trip to a nearby hospital emergency department. After a thorough inquiry by us while ordering, we were told there was no cow’s milk in the product. There was. Big Train chai mix, milk the second ingredient which we found out about later. A few thousand dollar hospital bill will be coming to us shortly now too, no doubt. My daughter’s okay. A scary situation that didn’t need to happen. Know your products, Top Hat Coffee, and also tell the truth about them. Train your staff about the risks and seriousness of food allergies please. We don’t want anyone else to go through what we did.
I just ordered a coffee and a plain croissant, best plain croissant I've ever tasted. The young dark hair fellow was so polite and welcoming, he made my day. Keep up the great job your doing young man A+++ service!

The perfect start to my morning is unwinding at a local coffee shop located in the Plaza in which I work in. Theis, is a sociable and friendly barista whipping up great caffeinated and decaffeinated blends and smoothies. If you are feeling extra hungry or craving something to go along with your morning drink they also offer local French patisseries. My personal favorite is the cheese danish. I definitely recommend stopping by Top Hat if you work in the Plaza.

This coffee shop is a hidden gem!! Was in the area for an appt and stopped by for a pick-me-up. I got their chai w oat milk and salted caramel and it was so divine!! Will be back again :)
Such a cute space ! Baristas are friendly and the drinks are good . A good place to work out of with solid lighting and chill ambiance!
