Very friendly staff who are talkative and provide great suggestions for anyone who is unsure of what to try. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious and are better than your typical well-known coffee shops! Only complaint is due to the small size of the building, the way to form a line and wait for your order can get very congested and out of sorts during peak times. Other than that, beautiful spot and very relaxing!
I miss Ebru. As a barista in training it was my favorite place to work, and I wish I had never left. Texas coffee just ain't the same, everything is bigger here BUT the coffee :'(. Ebru is 15/10, if you're close and don't visit this place, what are you even doing?
My vanilla chai latte was the best .Phoenix took great care of us and the atmosphere was relaxing and happy :)
Really enjoyed the ambiance and my drink (got a matcha Delgado!). Also the barista was super nice!
I loved the Ethiopian coffee
GREAT atmosphere and service!! Best in town latte and chai tea.
I would say it was ok. Went on a working day so it wasnt busy. Staff was sweet but the coffee was avg. tried caramel latte and vanilla latte wasnt great. They dont have sugar options or sachets. Which was odd for me. I wouldnt recommend for 2nd visit.
Excellent coffee, bright sunny space, good food, and very kind people. Can’t do better than that!
I've been here twice with friends. Cozy place. It does get packed on the weekends but the tea and coffee are special. This time I got got the chai latte tea. Try it out.
By far the best place to get coffee and breakfast. All week I think about either the bagel or sourdough sandwiches. Super fresh and great quality. Worth every penny!
I’d been sitting on the road shoulder the last few hours in a melancholy mood because my 1985 Mercedes Diesel that runs on veggie oil decided that it no longer wanted to go forward. Literally….It only had reverse. This was a major problem because I needed caffeine and quick fare cuisine. The nearest fix was Ebru Coffee and it was nearly six miles away…plus tax. Two factors dictated the next move. If you’ve ever had Ebru coffee and If you’ve ever watched Bronx Tale then you know what happened next….like Juvenile suggested I backed dat thang up.. I slammed the gear lever in reverse, looked over my right shoulder with my arm stretched and began my unorthodox backwards mission for the love of the bean. 21 minutes..2 middle fingers and 1 squirrel later …I backed into the parking lot like a stunt driver and made my way inside like an actor in an action flick. I ordered a cup of drip Brazil and after the first sip my toes curled like salted snails. This was some of the best brew I’ve had in a long while. Dark deep and strong with a clean finish. Similar to myself. Next up was the Egg Cheese Greens and Tomato on a bagel. It was purely a step above with each ingredient speaking it’s own language in my mouth. I love when arugula greens are lightly dressed like it was having beach day. The finishing move was the Carmel Cream Cheese Muffin. It was so good that the squirrel that sacrificed itself on my drive there would’ve understood it all. The staff was cool and attentive. The equipment was modern and matching. The background music playing provided the proper soundtrack for the party taking place in my mouth. As a former entertainer and owner of multiple cafes….I know what good is. And Ebru aint it. It’s GREAT. I made my way back out to the parking lot and started my car only to realize my transmission had given out altogether. So I just sat and wrote this to you all wondering where to go for coffee and food next time. Ebru. Just do it. Follow along on my journey as I tr
Coffee and lattes are great, oat milk available and delicious avocado toast with a poached egg, staff is friendly and sometimes a seat is hard to find due to popularity
Located on Egypt Rd in Audubon. These guys have been churning out custom Roasted brews for a while now and have earned a reputation the quality of the cups they produce. I couldn't agree more. The brew house is cozy and offers an assortment of seating options. The bean roaster is out on the floor which adds to the vibe that what they're serving here is not the same as other corporate coffee spots. Ebru offers a decent drink menu and an assortment of food options.
Pretty good, however upon learning about management behavior I will not return.
Love the coffee here! And great meeting place to catch up with a friend!
Friendly and quick service. Nice atmosphere. Coffee quality is as good as anywhere I’ve ever been including various Seattle snobbery. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Stop going to Starbucks. Give this place a shot.
Decent coffee shop, middle of the road as far as speciality coffee shops go. Food was pretty good, I’d rate it better than their coffee. While they do pour overs and other speciality coffee style drinks I wasn’t very impressed with the brew or the beans I bought. Roasting seems below average.
The staff is amazing. They were super helpful when I walked in. I ordered the cappuccino with dark roast espresso. This was the BEST cup of coffee I have ever had. I have had coffee from Europe, Vermont, and a couple of other coffee shops. Nothing beats this coffee. The tables and shop are also pretty as well. If you are in the area and love coffee, this place is a must.
Very good! Nice coffee and service. Will return when again in the area
Great coffee, really cool space
