I was really shocked at the poor customer service. When we walked in the barista standing around just looked at us as we looked around for a menu. Then thankfully another barista came out and told us we could order on the iPad. Would love for the baristas to be more welcoming and helpful. We also hate ordering on iPads for this reason because it’s so impersonal. The place is really loud. The coffee wasn’t bad. I can see the appeal of the place for those seeking an experience somewhere hip and trendy. I prefer a more cozy/friendly coffee shop.

I had a private event at Wake last week and it was amazing! Leading up to the event, Christina was so kind and helpful in the planning. The day of, our barista, Brennan, was so hospital, outgoing, and kind to us and our guests. And the space is just beautiful! So grateful for Wake!

We had the unique and amazing experience of renting Wake Coffee Roasters after hours for a private event. We used the side yard for our sons rehearsal dinner and served food indoors. The Wake Coffee barista added extra magic with deliciously crafted hot and cold coffee beverages. Christina and the Wake team were exceptional to work with - so accommodating to our family and made this special event super easy. We’ve also dined at Wake Coffee for breakfast and found their menu and service to be outstanding. The shop itself is clean and expertly designed with attention to stylish detail. Would highly recommend a visit to Ambler PA and Wake Coffee.

The tea is very good, but my breakfast sandwich was greasy, possibly it was the type I ordered(with bacon). My problem is why has it become acceptable to allow dogs everywhere. I am a dog lover but would never bring my dog to a restaurant. The 2 large dogs barking ruined my relaxing experience. If you want to bring your dog you should sit outside.

When I walked in and waited for the kiosk which was obviously being used the first question I’m asked is “Are you here to pick up?” No one else is asked this just me. I’m the only African American in the whole place at the time and I’m asked “are you here to pick up?” The first question I’m asked if I’m asked anything should have been “do you need help with anything or have any questions about the menu. If I needed to be addressed by anyone with an inquiry about my presence. I sat there for a minute and watched… no one else is asked if they are there to “pick up” for door dash or whatever. I won’t be back do better.

Overall: fantastic local coffee shop in Ambler Service: friendly and efficient. Order easily on a device or online. Coffee: both Smoked maple latte and whiskey smash latte are amazing. Not overly sweet. Vibes: cozy Price: slightly expensive but worth the price Dog: friendly both inside and outside

Let's give a hand to getting the basics right. The coffee is pretty good and I'm generally a Nespresso or bust kind of guy. The bacon egg cheese on brioche was simply delicious. And there's a fantastic art-house-grunge-loft-warehouse-district feel to the place. Good job all around.

I'm always looking for excuses to treat myself to Wake ☕❤️ So I purposely set up coffee dates with local real estate professionals at this local spot because it's the perfect atmosphere to have great conversation and enjoy the most beautiful and delicious cup of coffee.

No cashier but ipads to place your order on. Not bad though as the barista is there to answer any questions you may have. The coffee is good. Nice pastry selection. Haven't had the food as I tend to go Mondays when they don't serve food. But I heard this was changing.

The coffee is pretty good. When I went they only had 1 iPad working to place orders on, and no cashier. Because of this, the line took foreverrrr and there were only 2 people in front of us.

It's a cozy coffee shop built from a converted garage I believe. It's spacious and the staff is very friendly. I'm always impressed with the service.

I have always enjoyed the quick service, pleasant demeanor, and friendly atmosphere of this bustling coffee shop. It’s well worth the time they take to serve the best stuff. We come here almost every morning to start the day. We wouldn’t have it any other way. tl; dr - People who give this place one star have no friends and smell like wet dog.

Excellent coffee in a non traditional coffee shop but it has one flaw. The ability to get a seat because of all the people camping out on laptops. Update: The place has become too much of a Coffice. There were no seats available and it wasn't because of people eating and drinking coffee it was do to those treating it as workspace. The single people with multiple laptops and phones taking up a 4 top table. The person taking up a 4 top making work charts. My wife, my friends and myself will not be back until management makes changes to their seating policy.

My first time here and it was so good !!! I never went to a place that did a design on the coffee before and it’s good too !!! The mushroom toast is phenomenal!!! The baristas are nice and the glass I always wanted one ! So happy I made the stop I will definitely be back !!!!
