Terrible customer service, older guy who runs the place is someone with obvious control issues who does not know how to communicate to his customers. There is a small table that assumingly appears to be a place to step away from the counter after ordering to add sugar, alas, there is no sign on it asking customers not to use it. The owner came over and told us to not use the table very rudely and went on some spiel about people bashing him on facebook - and we wonder why. .. chai tea latte is terribly weak for the cost. Go give your business to the bagel place down the ramp instead!

Best coffee in the valley. I come once a week for a 20oz black coffee and a pound of beans. The full city sumatra actually converted me from a milk and sugar coffee drinker to just black coffee.

Todd and Sam are the most friendly, funny and willing to help anyone with coffee needs. Also I have witness them lend a ear to anyone that needs to talk. Now there coffee is by far the best in the valley. I would and have recommended them to many and their coffee singles and gourmet section makes great holiday and birthday gifts. Customer for life. Love coffee

Just terrible customer service consistently. The chai is terrible. I tried the coffee and they didn't froth the milk, the milk was served cold. The young girl that works here should not work with people because she clearly doesn't know how to treat people. The man that works here is just as rude. I give up on this place.

I am not sure what’s worse: the over priced, terrible coffee or the salty attitude of the “gentleman” working. A lady in front of me in line asked the cost of bulk coffee, he promptly said in a condescending tone “can you read the sign!?”. This is right after he and the female employee were mocking a customer that had just left. After I received my coffee I stepped away to put some sugar in it on another table top, within 3 seconds I was asked/warned/yelled at 4 times to not “add anything over there”. I have absolutely no problem being asked or respectfully told to not do something, although I do have a problem when I am yelled at when there are no signs or anyway for me to that is not ok.. after I walked out of the store I took a drink of my coffee, absolutely terrible. Unless the taste profile of said coffee was cigarette butts and burnt toast I really think they missed the mark. So much so that I tasted it once more to make sure I was mistaken, and then threw it away. I just moved to PA and have been looking for a good local roaster and was hoping this could be them, unfortunately I don’t like burnt toast and ashes for my coffee profile, to top it off they charge $16+ for a pound of their beans..

Shopping for coffee/tea, rushed to pick items, not able to ask questions without being interrupted and/or seeming annoyed, poor shopping experience and would not return.

This coffee is amazing and by far my favorite. I live in VA beach and make my family stop at the fair grounds just to ship me a bag which never lasts me long. Great quality and highly recommended
