When I visited, it was absolutely packed, and the employees were doing a great job handling the crowds. Unfortunately, I have to give a low rating as the roll I purchased was mostly unbaked dough on the inside. I didn't realize this until I'd taken a big bite driving on the highway. I know that Cinnabon uses egg in their baked goods, so I worried a bit for the next few days about the risk of salmonella - not a great experience while traveling.
