Dutch bro’s coffee shops I have come across have always had the best costumer service. This location is the closest to my house and is always a great trip for the family. My little one gets the hot chocolate. My husband usually get black coffee while I pick a holiday or special drink.
Back to our neighborhood Dutch here in Sherwood, after their recent remodel. Nice to see our regular crew again, though I need to say that the others in North Tigard and Newberg were GREAT as well. Guess when it comes down to it, there's no place like home!
Fast had tablets taking orders while customer waited all ladies had smiles and genuine concern thank you for stellar service Extremely busy location however.

This Dutch Bros are on point. If you have a girl that doesn't know what she wants they got you covered. They handled the classics like : I don't know what I want? What would your recommend? What is your best seller? With the smartest responses. And built the drink from ground up. Every recommendation has been spot on. And the best of all they hook you up with the stickers. Yes this place is sweet hut so are the people.

"What, no tip?" from an employee at the drive-through this morning. Enough said. Update 11/27/2022: Had another employee this morning make a comment about tipping. Demanding a tip for putting a freeze in a cup is beyond entitled.

This morning I waited in line in my car and this one girl came to take my order and was rude and then was the same way when I pulled up to grab my drink. I didn’t have time to put my card in my wallet and put it back in my purse because she was handing me everything so fast.
Coffee is not bad. Their espresso is less acidic than Black Rock, which I prefer for Americanos and iced drinks. People at the window almost always engage conversation. So, depending on your desire for human interaction, this can be good or bad.
Paid, including tip, $20 for two drinks, but since my 9-year-old daughter doesn't drink anything but water, I always get her a water at the same time. It used to come in a plastic Dutch Bros. cup, but not anymore - paper only. I even offered to pay for a child's plastic cup, but was told "no" by three different people, including the manager. When I made a complaint to their corporate headquarters. That got me a response from a customer service "bot", and they couldn't offer a solution where I could get a child's plastic cup without purchasing a child's drink. They offered a free drink, but that still didn't solve my simple issue. Poor customer service, and cheap and petty policies. They also used to give free drinks to fathers on Father's Day, but they did away with that once they got big enough. Sad.

This place never disappoints me. I make it a tradition to stop at Dutch Bros when I take my trips to Oregon! The staff is always so friendly & they have so many specialty coffees!
Loved it! Highly recommended if you like fancy coffee and drinks.
