Not sure why a line of customers matters, when you’ve sold multiple black coffees and can’t even seem to start the pot of coffee. 15 minutes for coffee…. I’m pretty sure they simply didn’t care. Sometime I wish I could take a tip back.
If you want high end coffee with simple but high end taste. This is the place to go
I got a doppio here. I was expecting, like all the doppios I’ve had, to have to chug it down, deal with the bitterness, and continue on my merry, caffeinated way. But, this one wasn’t bitter at all!! I was blown away. 5 star. Number one!
I went into Starbucks, it was so so crowded. I went across the street to Nordstrom, saw the quaint looking express , coffee and more. I have to say WOW, it was fast, it was really great, the coffee. They have great prices, hood food, excellent employees, a win win deal. If you are in a hurry, and do not want to rot in line at Starbucks, and pay more, please consider checking out this great place, and please tip accordingly, thanks!

Stopped by for a refreshment during my shopping experience at the Washington Square Mall, the barista's were very helpful and super kind and on top of that my drink was delicious!!!
My first time here and had bad service and a bad drink. Saw an ad for their tropical green tea cooler. Went to order with no greeting and the girl seemed like she didn't want to be there. Recieved my drink and was so disappointed. There was no flavor and tasted so bitter and sour. Was too scared to ask the worker for something else and ended up throwing it away. Would give zero stars if possible. Never coming back.

I remember when Nordstrom was the only cafe/ espresso stand in a mall. Still a great place to get a nice cup of coffee or espresso drink and pastry.

I recently stopped to get a iced green tea to refuel for a 2 hour drive to Eugene. Seriously the best green tea I've had! I would love to know the brand they use?
