Always good. This is one of our favorite Dutch Bros, though others are good too. They move the lines quickly - learn what the regulars like, airways have a smile & seem to enjoy their work. Best coffee house! ❤️
Amazing! The workers are super kind and would like to talk with you while your drink is being made. I would recommend making more kids drinks!

Today 12/20/22 visited at 10:40 am. My last experience (a week ago) was horrible but decided to give this location a second chance. This female with long blonde hair that was out taking orders was a nightmare. One of the lines was long so we drove around to the other one and she VERY visibly rolled her eyes at us. Then she asked if we we were buying gift cards, we said no, she got really short with us and was VERY rude. And she didn’t really ask, she more was like…”so you’re buying gift cards?” Rolled her eyes multiple times. We ordered and she scanned the app. We got to the window and the girl had cancelled our order and made it look like we ordered 15+ gift cards. So when we got to the window, there was confusion. I LOVE this Dutch and everyone has always been so kind, but this was ridiculous. I’ve been in contact with corporate but still leaving this review.
It's not my usual stop. However, my drink was made perfectly 👌 I'll swing by again when in the area

Do not go to this duchbros. I asked for a caramelizer and extra caramel in it. There is no extra caramel in my caramelizer. That is not right. Listen to what people asked for. It feels like people in this duchbros do what they what to for people's drinks.
Love Dutch Bros, never have a bad experience. Always great employees, friendly upbeat, ask about my day, fuss over my big furry Great Pyrenees, who gets a cookie! She looks forward to Dutch Bros.
Crew is more concerned with chit-chatting with their friends who come through than doing their job. There's a time and place for that, which is not when there is a line behind them who are being unnecessarily and inconsiderately kept waiting. 2nd encounter, same kid the crew is more interested in chatting with and ignoring their other customers as before. One team member attempted to justify the situation saying it's because there was a car ahead of him (the friend). 1st experience was at the window, no other cars ahead, so that excuse doesn't fly. Worst location, won't be coming back regardless of it being closer than my preferred store in Tualatin. Nothing wrong with chatting with a friend while at work, but very unprofessional when it's at the expense of helping your other customers.
Made the mistake of forgetting my wallet nice and early on my mad dash to get to work on time, I am so beyond grateful for the kindness & hospitality the crew gave me.🥹 Thank you so much for making my day guys I really appreciate it.

They are always so friendly . They have a great variety of flavors in coffee and i just love the Italian soda .
Quality has seriously declined over the last few month. I cannot even count the number of times my drinks have been made incorrectly. Even when I stay in line and ask them to correct the issue they've still make the drink wrong. I've never had such repeating issues with a Dutch Bros. Maybe one in a blue moon other Dutch's will make a mistake but now Sherwood is making mistakes on 3/4 of all the drink I've ordered. Some of the issues I've encountered are incorrect toppings, incorrect flavors, missing floats, non-blended drinks, non-handblended / double blended drinks, ect. On top of that previous the staff were friendly and talkative to customers, which is what I've come to expect from Dutch Bros, however recently the staff have been rude. They're more concerned with talking amongst themselves or not at all if I'm lucky. Until Sherwood fixes their issues I would suggest going to Tualatin, Wilsonville, or Scholl's Dutch Bros.

Not even the danger of making people sick during a pandemic through the potential to put a virus into drinks people almost immediately put into their mouth is enough for people to care about others and wear masks.
I ordered a Chai that was made improperly compared to how I ordered it and returned to have them not put the added sprinkles on top as ordered the first and second time. Go to Tualatin or Scholls, Sherwood Dutch ladies are unprofessional and will continue to mess up your order if you ask them to change it. This is the first and last bad experience from us at this location!
