This place has really gone downhill. The wait time is ridiculously long, prices are too high for the quality of drinks, and the kids working are too busy talking to eachother than interracting with the customers. Friendly faces and greetings were what made me a loyal patron since it opened. I waited in line for over 10 minutes with 1 car ahead of me and the guy at the window barely apologized. When I got my drink it was luke warm. If I hadn't already paid I would have gotten out of line. I was willing to write that off as an anomaly but it was the exact same situation the very next time I went through but with a longer wait time! Last time I visited I was double charged for a drink I didn't even receive. This was all in a 2 week span with a different batista each time.

I recently gave a review that did not reflect this particular Dutch Bros. Although most shops have diminished in service , and wait times are excessive, that was not our experience here. We enjoyed quick and friendly service, and our drinks were created to perfection. My sincere apologies!

Wow, pulled up to my first ever Dutch Bros while I was on business in the area. I didn’t know what to get and told the two individuals that served me (unfortunately I did not get their names) that I was from Huntington Beach, Ca…they gave me tons of recommendations and were very inviting. Phenomenal service and outgoing staff. I didn’t even notice the written message on the lid until I was almost done. I need to open one of these in HB, Ca!
At the Dutch in scappoose Oregon they make you feel like you're one of the crew
Absolutely loved our experience here. Fast and friendly service! Even gave us recommendations on things to do since we were from out of town! We went back multiple times throughout our trip because the coffee was great and service was awesome.
Was trying to explain a drink that I would like and the girl was not helpful and was explaining totally opposite what I would like
