Always love the drinks here, the double redbull is huge and the sandwiches are amazing. Staff are always nice and quick. I also love that they have a little indoor area to actually go inside and sit, not just a drive thru.
The 2 gals that were working were super friendly, and even as busy as they were, you could tell they were genuinely happy to be serving people. They both had a smile on their face that you could also tell was genuine. I went inside a I had to wait for my ride. Got to chat with them for a bit and super neat atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Don’t get me wrong, Java Crew has the best coffee in town and the baristas provide great service. However they need to fix their opening time in the mornings. It’s posted that they open at 5:30am and I drive by nearly everyday at 5:40 on my way to work and they’re almost never ready by then. Even with the lights off I’ll pull through to check if anyone is ready. Today it didn’t even look like anyone had shown up yet. Please fix your hours online or get on your staff to arrive and open on time. I love your coffee and disappointment when I’m unable to support your business. Edit: Thank you for fixing this!
Some of the nicest ladies you will ever meet. Their hazelnut latte is the best in all of Salem . Please head there the next time you want an outstanding drink at a fair price. Out of their tree locations, I prefer the one I 12th Street. However, all locations are quick, clean and polite.
My little dog was treated with her own lil yummy and just loved it to bits! Going to stop every time I pick her up from the groomer!
The greatest coffee shop in Salem, possibly the world! The Baristas are friendly and always brighten up my day. I'm a coffee connoisseur so I know good coffee and Java Crew is it. Their sandwiches and food selections are superb as well!
Be patient with the ladies so they can get your drink order correctly... There was a person so nasty today I could hear her yelling in front of me. This is by far my favorite Java crew! They're friendly, they're efficient, fast and always have a smile on their face (even after dealing with the nasty people).
Always a great experience. Everyone is very friendly. The coffee is my favorite in town and the breakfast sandwiches are really good too.
There was a decent line that they moved through much faster than I would have expected. There was no Britney Spears type music blasting so loud that it requires everyone to yell. The folks were dressed respectfully for a day of slinging good coffee rather than like they were going to a nightclub or getting ready for bed. The coffee itself was good and couldn't have asked for much more. I'll stop by here again without hesitation.

They are always very friendly, service is good, and their sugar free drinks are by far the best. Their mochas are so much better than Starbucks; more flavor, creamier, etc. (Review by Pat's wife, but he really likes them too.)
I had an earlier review of Java Crew where I was unhappy with my beverage. Since then Java Crew has made the situation right - they remade my drink.
Always the best coffee. The employees are all wonderful people, too. My favorite drive thru coffee shops in town. Support local, non-mega chains ☕😉👍
