They have become my people. Always super welcoming and super easy on me when I decide to get a new drink and it takes me forever to decide. I come here almost everyday and have for 2 years 🤣 they are also amazing towards my 4yo and welcome conversation with him which is rare these days. Thanks dutch family, you the real mvp❤️ Ps. I love me some caramel syrup on that flap-jack breve 😅
The girl was really nice.. a guy handed me my drink and it looked drenched in syrup… I honestly can’t tell if he just put that much syrup or spit a loogie in the bottom of my cup along with it because I just got a warm gooey clump in my mouth from my drink… I’m disgusted
Encountered the rudest barista ever at the Broadway location in Salem. This was our second time at this location and will be our last. Dutch Bros has gone down hill.
I ordered a cold brew drink and it tastes like water I asked nicely for them to remake it and she started yelling at me saying she made it right and that she wouldn’t remake it and so my partner went up and told them to remake it and all they did was add a small amount of coffee and they only filled it a little bit then told us to leave. This is extremely frustrating. Very disappointed!!!!
Always up beat attitude from the staff. Eger to take and make orders. Lively from open to close.

I love coming here I am from Kansas and moved to here Oregon .. I don't drink Starbucks , but I sure as heck drink a Dutch bro's .. keep rocking the bean and vibe
Friendly staff. It gets crowded at certain times of the day, so plan for extra time if you go there during peak hours

Get the passion fruit, lavender green tea! You won't regret it! You can get it in black tea too! And pretty much whatever flavors! But these are good! Plus the staff, top notch! Super friendly and informative and quick!!
This dutch location has no business being this great. I have lived here for 20 years and been to (almost) every dutch since 6th grade, when this one came it instantly became my favorite. Yall always get my sweet sunrise correct (yes its me lmao) and are never hesitant to replace my drink if i went to another and they messed it up. and the vibe is just great, thanks guys.
Best customer service. However my drink was not the best:(. It's saddening when I've been a customer for 15 years or so.
