Takes about 10 minutes per car it's ridiculously slow. Don't stop here if you want it to be a quick stop.
The girls there are just what I need start my morning off. A big cup of coffee and a very sweet smile to go along with it.
Other than the price of drinks these days, this place is the best. Their coffee never tastes burnt, theyre fairly consistent with their drinks and quality. They do a buy 10 get one free with your phone number and everyone is always friendly.
I wish I took a picture to better explain. I was going to a different coffee location but their line was too long and I was headed to work so I drove around it and headed to black rock, I used to order their energy drinks once upon a time. I ordered a blended almond milk latte, nothing complicated. When you’re paying 7-8 for a coffee, you expect it to be a drinkable. The barista handed me a cup where all the ice basically collected into one piece with the almond milk/espresso mixture was completely separated at the bottom, I tried to break it up and crush up the ice a bit which didn’t work to be honest tasted terrible because of the separation it wasn’t even cold. I don’t think you guys should have your POS system ask for tips before customers receive their drinks because I ended up spending close to 10$ to throw a drink away. I’m sure I should have said something. To the barista but the customer service really wasn’t there either. Handed me my drink and left the window.
Better coffee and shorter lines than DB or SB next door. Friendly folks, too.

They always do an excellent job hiring people for their coffee bars. The young people are always so peppy and nice and professional but still themselves which I love. My favorite drinks NEVER fail me no matter what Black Rock I go to. It's literally the only coffee chain I support. I just wish they had more locations so I can Always get good coffee no matter where I go. Thank you for doing awesome always.

If I could give it zero I would, me and my boyfriend went here for coffee yesterday 45 minutes later my stomach was hurting bad and I thought it was just me but then my boyfriends stomach starting hurting really bad and then all the other symptoms of food poisoning came, what a horrible experience and i thought the coffee tasted off but I continued to drink it what a regret I have. I will never return here again.
I asked the girls that worked at Black Rock if they could please help me find a number so that there could be removed a dead animal the girl the first girl said I don't know the second girl said we're working So I would have to say that you know community-wise they suck and the coffee's not that good
Hands down Top shelf coffee and Dubois l service. Nice to see owners diving in and pulling there sleeves up. Classy coffee, without the frills. Well done!
