Nice little place at the edge of Crater Lake. Went in to rent snowshoes, which I thought $50 a pair seemed fairly steep. The upstairs would have a great view of the lake, although we went during a low visibility snow storm. Nice cozy little place though, with clean bathrooms!

Cool stuff and prices aren't terrible. The wine was great!

As the only place you can get anything to eat nearby the little food service cafe is a blessing but doesn't offer a lot of delicious options. Hot dogs and simple foods only, chips, sodas. But the gift shop is pretty cool! Gas up before you get here because the gas pump was closed in October and nearest stations are many miles away.

Food was not incredible, but ok. Staff were a little grumpy, but not bad. The place wasn't spotless, but definitely could have been better. Not many options nearby, so no real competition for them. Prices were on the high side, but not totally outrageous.

Very unfriendly staff in the gift shop. Views of the lake and hiking was great.

The gift shop appeared to be well-stocked for clothing, but upon closer inspection they had a total of two choices in the entire store for an Adult XL. Two. Choices. Very disappointing. Some hoodie styles only came in a small. Others came in only a medium. Then some only in large. Not sure who’s in charge of ordering their clothing inventory but they lost out on potential revenue on us. I bought a $4 sticker when I would have liked to purchase 1-2 $50 hoodies.

What a great place to stop, enjoy the views, eat and load up on souvenirs!! I loved this little shop!! So much to choose from! It is a bit pricey, but understandably! There's an outside seating to enjoy your meal. They're are restrooms just around the corner from the shop. People had their dogs with around the area too. You can walk to the Rim Village Visitor center and to Crater lodge from here. It's a nice walk around the whole area. It does get pretty crowded, especially on holiday weekend! We went on labor day, which means VERY LONG LINES! But we got there early so we didn't have to wait. But on the way out, the lines were ridiculously long.

Limited gluten free options but they do have a few including bobs mills instant oatmeal, and some desserts as pictured. Would still recommend brining your own snacks into the parks the options are severely limited here!

Staff friendly and helpful, well mostly but top tip if you see the Egg & cheese English muffins, resist, unless you opt to get mints to get rid of the flavour. The nearest that the muffin was English was in the spelling, the cheese is really over powering and there was a strange texture with the egg. The Managment here could do so much better I’m actually looking forward to a McD’s version now and salivating. Say no more

We came here for lunch after the restaurant at the lodge was unexpectedly closed. The cafe was out of literally every item except plain hotdogs and cold sandwiches. Even those items cost over $15. I would swear that the workers there took actual pleasure in our dismay. Sad to see such a stunning national park operated by such a poor concessionaire. I suggest bringing your own food when you visit.

Ok so we did the drive around crater lake and went to the gift shop. There was a clerk at the gift shop that was nice enough to take a dollar out of his own pocket so me and my finance could make a penny in the penny machine his name is Enrique and I would like to thank him one more time. Wish there were more people on the planet like him.

This place would be totally fine, prices are what you’d expect, they have a good variety of things, but when it comes to service, it’s a terrible experience. There’s a whole lot of yelling “NEXT,” “THERE ARE REGISTERS OPEN THERE,” and “EXCUSE ME!!”from staff, even if they are right next to you, it’s unprofessional and takes away from the larger experience of the park. My recommendation is grab whatever you need at home, skip this place entirely if you can. If you must go in, find a staff member in a polo.

Thankful for the breakfast and coffee! However it opens at 9am. We had snacks in the car but if you're a hiker relying on this place for food/coffee you'll have to wait awhile.
