They’re very slow, and my coffee was bitter, they also don’t roast the coffee beans right

As a resident of Redmond for 15 years, I have to say that this cute coffee stand has made incredible improvements since the new ownership. The owners are two incredible people who are greatly passionate and genuinely caring for each customer they serve. If you are wanting yummy locally roasted coffee, check them out!!!

My favorite coffee roasters in the region, and that's a crowded environment for sure. Don't let the look of the place keep you from trying this out, they are passionate about their coffee roasting and blends. I haven't tried the food yet but there's a real stove/oven in there and I watched a breakfast sandwich made to order, it looked amazing. Their Guatemalan is my favorite but everything I've tried was top quality. If you're in bend I've seen Food4Less carry their beans.

Best pumpkin iced latte I've ever had. Love this local shop, great service as well. Coffee is amazing no extra additives like Starbucks and Dutch bros. Makes my tummy happy I highly recommend this spot!

Worse breakfast burrito ever, couldn't even eat it. The burrito had no flavor.

Came across these central Oregon roasters at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival. Everyone was super friendly. Coffee was delicious - priced a few bucks higher than usual but maybe they have to pay to vend. They graciously and generously hooked my son up with a homemade hot chocolate freebie which really made his day! And we had a good time chatting with them. Thanks mates! Hope to see Smith Rock soon!

Honestly one of the best americanos I’ve ever had. Their coffee is great. Very low acidity. Breakfast sandwiches were well priced and hearty!

1st Latte stand on road from Bend to Prineville. Easy access/pull through (had a small trailer in tow). Had a great latte and muffin. Worth the stop.

The barista was experiencing serious technical difficulties with her mask with it constantly falling below her nose and mouth as she spoke so she was repeatedly touching her mask / face while preparing food and beverages. She handed me a tablet to complete my checkout process that clearly had not been sanitized and as soon as I returned it to her it went out the other window to another patron with no sanitation between. If the rating system was based on how effective the establishment is at possibly spreading COVID19 then 5 stars. This was an unfortunate experience from an otherwise enjoyable local business.

I came by here in search of coffee. What I got was so much more. I love coffee and have had beans from all over the world. But coffee is more than a drink. It's the people who roast it. The people who care about the community they live and work in. And that is all personified in Smith Rock Coffee Nanette and her husband (I'm sorry I forgot your name) are amazing people. Not only do they produce the best coffee I've ever had, they give to the community that supports them. They give leftover soup and coffee and food to the homeless in the bad lands. They take time to consider other people. When I was homeless, I didn't need money. I needed to know someone cared about me. And these two do that for many people. And while they might not see the impact they make in others lives, it's real. Coffee aside, they are just awesome people. Swing by and chat 'em up. And I HIGHLY recommend pour over coffee. Thank you guys so much for all you do, alongside your amazing coffee. -Rick Landucci
