Yum. Best donuts in my opinion. Really good sandwiches too. Friendly clean environment. Nice place to chill and have lunch/breakfast.
Great coffee and doughnuts
Fresh and amazing donuts! The staff was very kind and they made the best chai I've had in a long time. Definitely a new favorite!
Yummy sandwiches! The chabatta bread was pretty rough on the mouth though. I was so bummed that they were out of Bismarks; but the gal that worked there totally creme filled a chocolate bar for me. Made my day.
Fantastic selection of delicious homemade donuts and other goodies! Great service and very friendly. One of Redmond's hidden gems.
Epic donuts best in Redmond for sure, maybe central Oregon. (Cake donuts are my jam)
I was really excited to try out Halo Donuts to support local business and downtown Redmond. But I was pretty underwhelmed, especially when each donut costs between $1.60 and $2.50. We bought a dozen donuts, received a discount, and still paid $28 altogether. That's crazy, even if the donuts turned out to be incredible. But it ended up that our whole family, including our kids, thought the donuts were dry. The Boston creme filling tasted like overly sweet frosting rather than creme. And just overall...these donuts weren't very special. I'd rather drive to Bend and back to get Richard's donuts that are far superior in quality and price, than to get these again. Safeway's donuts are on par with these, but a fraction of the price. Ugh...I had high hopes. Cool location, and so much potential. It's just lacking a lot of things to earn my business again.
Sandwiches were unique and tasty!
No fritters 😢 but good cake donuts and coffee! Super friendly & welcoming staff
Good donuts, good service
Good coffee!
First off, both employees were unfriendly. Did not acknowledge us and no smile, no how are you and when we asked questions, the response was short, curt and again no smile. We ordered two maple bar with bacon. We get them home, NO BACON!!! I would rate the maple bars less flavorful than Fred Meyer and Safeway. Not even close to the Sister’s bakery. We received no thank you, please come again, or any else. So, we won’t be seeing them again.
Updated: as per the response I got from the owner, I’m guessing. I see that the reviews are true about not taking criticism. As far as the date it was not today, it was a Thursday. And I don’t want a refund as you provided a product and I am disappointed but I am not going to take back what was given already. Don’t blame others, don’t make excuses… just be better. My review still remains at a 1 star for poor product. this place is still horrible, had a friend that wanted donuts and told him Safeway or Walmart had better donuts compared to this place but wanted to try it so, we walked in about 11ish am and no one there. place looked like a mess... finally got 2 donuts that tasted like sweet grease. gross, and what I know the owner likes to blame others in these reviews instead of taking the criticism. if you want excellent great tasting donuts that are unique go to the doughnut in bend.
My co-worker brought us donuts from this place today and I have never seen bigger, fancier long johns. I had the raspberry cream cheese bar and it was stuffed with raspberry jam--intensely sugary and a little tart. The other varieties all looked awesome (Reese's Pieces??? No way!) and I can't wait to go pick up some donuts for myself.
Fresh and tasty excellent service
Ordered two maple bars (one regular, one with bacon) which were excellent! I did also order an iced vanilla latte and I hate to say it but it was honestly the worst coffee I've ever tasted, possibly with one exception being coffee from a self-serve espresso machine in the hospital in Grants Pass. I've tasted lots of bad coffee before including a self-serve espresso machine in my office which I would joke was overpriced and it's free, but this was seriously bad. Coffee tasted very burnt and I only drank it because I hate wasting things (we ordered it to go). My wife tasted it too and agreed. Staff was friendly and we would definitely come back for donuts or try a panini, just not for the coffee!
My husband grabbed some donuts, coffee and a grilled panini for us while I waited in the car with our sleeping baby. This was Saturday. It’s a one stop shop for your appetite. They also have breakfast items and the coffee is espresso but they have drip, too. They’ve got other assorted drink options for the kids. Friendly staff as well. I’m so glad there’s something like this here in Redmond!
Different daily selections but go in early because they have a great following and I have enjoyed each item purchased.
Terrible experience. We traveled from the coast to visit Redmond and were super excited to see a fun donut place and support a local business. I never write reviews, but I don’t want another family to experience what we did. The girls running it were incredibly unprofessional. Eye rolls when asking for ice in my iced americano as it had melted and they didn’t add more, it’s no biggie I can add it myself I just wanted a cup of ice or something. The girls then complained to their friends in line about my request for ice making us feel incredibly uncomfortable. Laughing in the back when someone called to ask if they had vegan donuts - this is a totally appropriate question for someone to call and ask. Yikes. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience for being there and made us regret our decision for trying this place out and super bummed to have wasted our last morning coffee here. Side note - no dairy free options andddd it was an inconvenience to ask such a thing. We feel bad for the owner. A new staff and this cute place would be wonderful as our food was great!
Definitely know how to make a delicious sandwich
