Amazing place for gifts and decor. We have been buying things from this store for years. Love the pottery and wine. Dips and gifts. We cant seem to leave this story without spending a few hundred dollars. So much to see in this little store.
My go-to place to buy gifts and stuff for me. The pottery is beautiful and so useful. I love the garden decor and gift shop, too.

I found wonderful items available in their gallery at very reasonable prices. I found friendly, helpful staff in a clean, attractive shop. I liked that you can watch pottery being made. I know where I am doing a lot of my Christmas shopping.
Some nice things here, but you better have very deep pockets. Most stuff is ridiculously high priced even the general Chinese import tat.

We purchased 3 large mugs in Mountain Meadow and 3 large mugs in Desert Sand. If I had written an early review, it would have been 5 stars. I'm glad I waited. We've had these mugs for 6 months. My husband and I are mature, responsible people who know how to use and care for mugs. After searching high and low for American-made mugs. I was thrilled to be able to support a small, family-owned business. That thrill is gone now that 2 of the mugs have developed hairline cracks and now slowly leak. I reached out to Clay In Motion and asked about their warranty. They apparently don't have one because whoever answered my message would only say that Amazon allows for returns within 30 days. The reply was blunt and unprofessional, to put it mildly. They also stated that they couldn't offer anything further because they don't know how the mugs were treated/handled. I asked again for THEIR warranty information - no reply. Clay in Motion doesn't stand behind their products, clearly. They ask for a premium price but have no regard for customer service. They can't even manage to reply in complete sentences or at least be cordial. My experience with Clay in Motion is a perfect example of what not to do if you want to earn loyal customers. The truly sad part (for Clay in Motion) is that I'm replacing our dishes and tableware with American-made products - from someone else. Over $200 in mugs could have turned into over $1K in everything else that I need, but because Clay in Motion doesn't stand behind their products, that money will be spent elsewhere.

Safely received my handwarmer mugs ( I live in east-side Canada ). They were incredibly well packaged. The mugs are really nice btw and are satisfying to hold. Will order again. Thank you.
