If I could leave zero stars for this establishment and the horrific owner I would. I could probably say something decent about their coffee and ice cream, but even that wasn't all that great. However what I will say is that the owner leaves a lot to be desired. She is likely the worst person I've encountered in my 52 years of existence and the lack of respect and professionalism she shows her employees should be reported to the labor board and any other entity that could do something. I STRONGLY advise against spending your money or time here and instead visit other local ice cream and coffee shops. Since I am unable to reply I will edit this to add some additional information. First, you have no idea who I am. Family member or otherwise. It would be in your best interest to not assume, you know what they say about that. But I will confirm, I'm not a family member. Second, this employee given a management position you speak of, would it be the same employee that was given a pay wage of $18 an hour in writing only to have that cut to $13.50 less than 2 weeks after he started and had a day you didn't approve of? Because he had been throwing up that morning yet STILL chose to go in and run your business. The same employee you forced to sign a paper accepting this pay cut or to leave and not come back? The same employee you promised you would review in 7, 14, and 30 days but never once did, even though he asked repeatedly. Seems to me you were just looking to exploit someone. I can assure you, I and anyone I know will steer clear of your establishment. Your business practices are not in line with anything we support. Stay off his Instagram and stay off his partners because that is where I will become more involved. Anything you do from this point forward will be considered harassment and dealt with accordingly.
Delicious ice cream and great candy selection. They give very big scoops for the price. And it looks like the shop came out of a fairytale!

Love this place! Old school style with a fresh face. Awesome candy and soda selection! The signature flavor Violets and Cream is crazy different and delicious! Super rad place!
Quaint, hyper-local with unique offerings! Has a very vintage candy store feel with boutique sodas and toys from decades ago. Really cute retail area. And then, of course, an amazing ice cream counter!! They have a good variety of flavors, lots of fun offerings on the menu aside from scoops, and the interior is comfortable. I'm so glad more places like this are popping up in Medford!! The guy working was so helpful and friendly, it really made the whole experience perfect. Everything my husband and I tried was delicious and we even took some scoops home on the employee's recommendation. We'll definitely be back 😊

Great place, amazing, friendly customer service. Ice cream to die for, especially the The Bob's Big Boy Hot Fudge cake, for the chocolate lovers. Amazing pricing.

Love finally having a dessert shop in Medford. Our server was very nice, the ice cream was yummy, and the shop was decorated very cute!

My new favorite Medford sweet spot! I got a chocolate and nut-covered waffle cone filled with cookie dough ice cream and raspberry cheesecake ice cream and it was outta this world. Great ‘20s vibe with cool velour seating. Had a great “throwback” time with my daughter.
Absolutely adore this place! I got a Huckleberry Mocha, Smores and Oregon Trail scoops, and these adorable sodas! They've got candy themed for Halloween atm, and a very cute aesthetic to the store. Great prices for premium ice cream and the espresso was super tasty! If you want locally owned goodness, go here and support them!!

Excellent ice cream! If you like peanut butter, they don’t use that salty stuff like other shops. It is real peanut butter!

Stopped in on a Sunday 2 minutes after they opened and the young girl was absolutely adorable and gave 5 star customer service. Poor thing was extremely busy, yet she maintained her composure & had a huge smile. As a restaurant owner myself, we could only wish for employee’s this fabulous!! If we lived closer, I would steal her for our cafe! Only thing I would recommend to the owner of this shop, would be to have an additional employee working along side her. Milkshakes are so time consuming, and we had several in our order. There’s no way to rush milkshakes and espresso’s & scoops on a cone… so anybody who’s next in line is going to have a LONG wait. Also, is it really that safe these days to have a young lady working by herself? We’ll definitely be back! Everything was DELICIOUS!!
