My favorite “on-the-go” coffee spot in Southern Oregon. Their coffee drinks are consistent, and they make just like you ask. And the young adults who serve the coffee are super friendly and helpful.

This was the first Human Bean location I visited. It happened when I took a middle of the night, 5 hour spontaneous roadtrip North and ended up in Oregon. What a great discovery, this simple yet cute coffee kiosk was and thank goodness there are locations in several different cities in Oregon and in the Northern parts of California, beyond the Bay Area. The customer service is always met with a smile! :) Each time I have a chance to visit a city in Oregon, this little coffee place is on the agenda. It's cool that they try to give back and care about causes too!

Although there was a very long line when I got there, one lane was being used for their delivery, the staff got everyone moving quickly and smoothly and my coffee was just how I like it (half sweet).I love this place it's my favorite coffee stand by far❤️
New cup trays are cheap and weak. Had a completely full tray handed to me with 4 drinks and it ripped apart and drinks spilled all over my van. The barista handed me a couple napkins. No replacement drinks no sincere apology. According to my coworkers this is also happened to them with the new weak trays. The drinks are subpar, coffee is sometimes burnt. They are not helpful in making a drink selection as they tend to say, let me know when your ready. The pretty girls are always chatty with men taking there time. There’s a long slow moving line most days. This is the worst Human bean in the valley!
Coffee is always quick and right, but some of the younger girls come off really unpleasant. I don't expect them to be bubbly, but atleast be polite. Aside from that, I really enjoy their coffee and the older batistas.

Great drinks. Staff is friendly but they do have a long line of cars most days so prepare yourself for a bit of a wait.
The girls there are always very nice, the drinks are great too! It's so convenient to just drive up and get a drink and go before work.

Horrible service, I am from California and I always look forward to having a snowy mocha. I am definitely going to find a new human bean here in Medford.
