Service was fast and staff was very helpful and friendly.
I pulled up at 7pm the truck in front of me was talking to the kid for 5 minutes while we waited. We get to window and the kid says we close at 7pm sorry telling me where else I can go. I'm staying in town for work and go to this place 1 or 2x a day I will not go back horrible customer service 😤 how much would it have taken him to make me 2 drinks ? Oh well customer from Salem here spends 10 bucks a day and 2 tip 7 days a week lost my business 🙄 😒

The best location out of all of the locations I'm Medford, OR.
I ordered a cold brew w/ oat milk & the entire cup is packed with ice.. there's maybe 6 oz of fluid. I also wish they would have asked how much oat milk I prefer bc it's very strong.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee stand the staff here doesn’t know how to treat customers and couldn’t make a coffee even if it came pre made my advice sell the stand to someone that cares cause you obviously don’t probably just gonna send me a fake automated response or delete my review too I bet.
These girls are snooty and rude. Then if they have a fit at the window they are hanging out the window sitting in the window in their short shorts taking their sweet time talking to guy in front of me for 5 min to try to get a tip. The one on mcandrews have the worst. Then when I come up to the window now being a dude, get the worst service, what do you want she says... get with it. This is sexualixing your customers by acting promiscuous with male costumers to make buck, it's gross and my kids were in the car asking why that lady was hanging out the window acting like that taking her sweet time. I haven't gone back since... it's disgusting
