Amazing service and really nice laid-back atmosphere.
Our favorite coffee shop chain. Discovered them first in the Phoenix, AZ area, then Bend, OR, Medford, OR, Carlsbad, CA area, and Tri-Cities, WA after they took over Roasters. Consistently excellent. Our drink is a hot mocha. Many locations have changed to using chocolate milk. Make sure to ask for white milk with chocolate syrup, which is significantly better.
Great spot for coffee. The coffee is good but nothing to rave about. The seating is good but only one big table for groups so keep that in mind. Lots of natural light during the day. Basically a good Starbucks alternative. Rewards program also is good.
Great coffee, clean shop, friendly staff. The coffee shop is always clean and comfortable.
If I need a real pick-me-up, I go to Black Rock Coffee Bar. It's always made right , good , and helps me get through the work day. Plus , the people there are very polite and friendly.
Always the best place to stop after the mall. Love getting a sugar free truffle!

Very very slow service. Was there at 530pm. Took 15mins just to get to the window.

It makes me incredibly sad not to give it 5 stars... Black Rock is my FAVORITE COFFEE ON THE PLANET... This store was SLOW AND NOT CLEAN. DISASTROUSLY DIRTY.... NOT IMPRESSED... WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION

I love black rock so many options on there menu that can be dairy free sugar free and you can change the flavor and the employees are so nice

The times that I've been here the staff has been very polite and the coffee is amazing, it's also a good place to study and have group events.
This is similar to a Starbucks… lots of seeet drinks. I prefer Forage Coffee for authentic barista coffee!!
This is one of my favorite coffee places in town. Friendly staff. Great coffee and other drinks.
Coffees are consistent no matter who’s on shift, and the staff seems happy to be there also which is a plus. We do the drive thru a lot, food is tasty when we order it also. Great bang for the buck.

Loved my raspberry scone and double espresso, this place is perfect. Music isn’t loud so you can get some work done. Friendly staff. Slamdunk!
