I ordered some chewy bacon, and the nice lady who cooked it showed it to me before fully giving it to me to see if she had cooked it right. Truly one of the best things about small businesses, they always do their best to provide quality food!
Stark, little cafe. Good size menu selection. Food was good, though nothing exceptional. A few, cafeteria-style tables. Service was small-town friendly and efficient.

Jess is the best! I ordered a sugar-free chocolate buttercream birthday cake by phone from Arizona. Everyone in Lakeview said it was the best tasting cake they've tasted of this type and even the boys whose birthdays it was for said so which says a lot. The old-fashioned scroll decorating on the cake was perfect and hardly anyone does it anymore but Jess knows how. Make sure to support and enjoy this local business' offerings because Jess and her staff are top notch and so is everything they make. It's important to note that no other bakery in Lakeview was able to make this cake according to our specific needs except this excellent bakery and Jess who did an outstanding job on it!
Jessica is a great chef and baker! Recently. I ordered some mini cupcakes and cookies for a party, they were so inexpensive and very good! Her menu items are equally affordable and tasty. Hot turkey sandwich, served open faced with mashed potatoes.....Yes please! Cool spot on E Street in a building with much Lakeview history makes it a truly fun experience. However, the stage needs to be used. Open mic night? It'd be perfect! We can work on that 😉 Stop in, you won't regret it!

We waited over a hr and half for food. Just to watch the one lady walk around like she is lost and the other lady cook. This was our first time, and this is our last time coming here! The table next to us ordered and 2 of the 8 plates came out. Then about 45 minutes later the rest of there food came. We finally got our food and the hashbrowns look like they were put on just to get warm then put on a plate. Never coming back!
Locally owned and operated by two very sweet and lovely ladies. Opens early, so a great sit down breakfast can be had before work. All made when ordered and made very quickly. Very quaint , but very welcoming. Would 10 of 10 recommend for anyone finding themselves in Lakeview, OR.
