Had a sugar free vanilla coffee. Was great coffee and staff was very friendly and helpful.
These young fellas are very polite and cheerful.
They should watch the lines better to see who was in line first. I had to wait for six cars because they didn't notice who came first. And another customer got mad at me because of the confusion.

Always friendly and service-oriented. I visited numerous times while in town seeing relatives. With a larger order, they offered a carrying tray. This is for the 11th Street and Chambers Avenue location.
Some of the very best work here. Honestly, even if I am going to the other side of town and there is another Dutch Bros over there, I will go out of my way to hit this one.
Been waiting about 15 minutes and three cars have gone through; there are still 4 cars in front of me. And the lot is so narrow and poorly designed that I can't get out of line (though I couldn't see that what looks like a bypass of the drivethrough just leads to a bush/pillar, due to a landscaping truck). Understaffed and poorly designed. I should've known better, this happens at EVERY Dutch Bros. I always regret trying.

There is currently ONE person working this Dutch Bros. I have been in line for 10 minutes and it has not moved. Poor employees.

Traffic hazard, extremely slow. This is the slowest Dutch Brothers I have ever been to, and the most dangerous given their traffic patterns.

Really don't appreciate how they asked me if I wanted whipped cream and sprinkles on my birthday cake frost order for my kiddo, I said yes please! And got the order and no freaking sprinkles AT ALL and nearly no whipped cream. I already tipped but I had already waited 20 minutes for it, I'm just not going here again. Why even ask if you're not even gonna try?
The drinks are often overly sweet. For me it's a big miss, a McDonald's of coffee drinks posited like a gourmet. If you love boxed foods and fast food it could be your thing though. It's cool they do fund raising. Don't give straws automatically! In the end though the coffee is just not real coffee for real coffee drinkers... it's a fast food imposter. Now all that said you can get many special requests for dietary restrictions. If it was only about their fun staff... but it's not.
