The best place to stop at when traveling through Creswell. A little understaffed for being such a busy place. Wi-Fi was weak.

We went here to get lunch .Very popular. limited food choices though. What they have is good though. More like a coffee experience with light menu. limited parking. LBGTA friendly ? Though we were served , constant looks from seated customers, Not sure what that was about, Though felt comfortable , some art works are displayed by local artist,
Don't get down this way very often but will stop in again for sure. My Reuben was delicious!
This is my favorite place to eat and get coffee in town. The food is amazing, the coffee is divine, and the staff is top notch! I really love their sandwiches and their breakfast burritos. They are almost big enough for two meals, but I am not a quitter, so... Their coffee is amazing and I love Seth and Melissa are awesome people!
This is an extremely specific review of the 16 ounce Americano at Blue Valley Bistro. It is the best I've ever had. It's better than any I've tried in various parts of the US, Europe, and half a dozen other places in the Eugene area. They make it strong (their 16 oz comes with 4 shots) and hot. And they always get exactly the right amount of cream (if that's what you want). Even more amazing, the Americano is good no matter which barista I get that morning. Blue Valley could probably launch a lucrative employee training program.
First time trying this place, will definately be back to try everything. Coffee is excellent. Ordered a breakfast burrito and it is THE BEST ive ever had! EDIT: Since this review ive been back several times. Biscuits and gravy, strawberry crepes, turkey pesto panini, veggie panini...all super yummy! People who work here are all really friendly. Will continue to be a return customer.
Everything, and more importantly everyone, at BVB is top notch. The espresso is skillfully made, the baked goods are always amazing and the food is high quality. Emmy, Kylee, Emily, Melissa and Seth are hard working, warm and inviting. This place is a real gem.

An absolute gem of a place! Owners and staff are wonderful and friendly! I have never had a bad meal here. Always a delight :)
Hands down some of the best food there is. Everything they make is made with fresh ingredients and never been disappointed with an order. Their soups are incredible and the sandwiches are truly a work of art. The owner is very kinds and sets a great example for all of their staff. Love the environment inside but also appreciate the drive through.

I called just after closing, but they were so accommodating and made my sandwich. We got the turkey pesto panini. Yumm!!! Very kind staff, and clean lovely environment. I would highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our lunch at Blue Valley Bistro. The Ruben panini was just fantastic! The drinks are always great as well. It's tastefully decorated and such a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy lunch with friends.
If I had a last breakfast meal before dying it might be the BVB breakfast burrito with one of their great coffees! The fresh ingredients, made to order, real meat and cheeses, holly smokes a breakfast burrito that has flavor and needs no extra sauce! Don't forget to grab a yummy pastry and dine in for a relaxing experience!
Met my daughter in law and her mother there! Nice clean place with good atmosphere. Although a bit pricey the food and coffee was good. Would have gotten 5 stars but our food was served cold.
Always delicious, I love this place. Today is my birthday and the guy at the deive through window made my day so special by being so nice. I hope to see this business continue to flourish for years to come.
