Classic burrito is terrible. Felt like I was eating unseasoned mashed potatoes in a wrap.
Nice employees and stellar french roast coffee…but PLEASE, for the sake of our planet and our taste buds, bring back your delicious vegan tamales!
I got the veggie breakfast sandwich and a hot chai with oat milk and lavender, and my partner got the vegan breakfast burrito. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. Great first time visit. We've been drinking their Guatemala coffee in Sisters for years now.

I work here, don't trust me. Trust the amount of insanely positive reviews. The negative ones are pretty hilarious too if you actually read them.
Good morning I am writing this email to complain about your drive-through employee, the older lady brunette with glasses. This is multiple times. This has happened to myself and other people that I know that come here. I’ve been coming to your business for many years and I also was going to the one that was in the old mill as well. I am a frequent customer almost daily until you guys closed in the old mill and then I had to reluctantly start going to the one on Bond Street because of how rude she has been since day 1. How is she still employed here? Your employee is extremely rude not only to myself, but to other people as well I’ve seen and heard the same complaint about her. She closes the window on people while They are still speaking, She doesn’t let people finish speaking. She’s rude. I called in an order and I asked her about how much longer it would be because I was on my way to work because it still was not ready and she said I told you that it wasn’t gonna be ready for 20 minutes, when I specifically called it in because I was 10 min away and because I was on my way to work. As she was being rude and telling me “I SAID it would be 20 min!” my order was actually Already ready, so she lied because another employee handed it to me through the window. This is just one of the many things that is causing me to stop coming here and just goto Starbucks. she’s rude. She’s dismissive. She treats you as if you are beneath her she talks down to you when I ask a question or for my receipt, she just rolled her eyes at me and laughed . I want a refund of my last order And I want management to call me.
From the sound of it, this is a place to pound a couple shots of reishi mushroom-rose hip tincture, wince, and stumble away. So I was shocked to find out how good the food and coffee is, and how affordable for being organic. Cappuccino was very good, better than 85%. I had the soy sausage vegan burrito twice as a pre-ski breakfast: delicious and generous size. Happy vibe too- employees are cheerful and open, customers know they are eating well:) I wish I could go here more!

I can't help but give them 2 stars. Yes, the food is fine. But the coffee is ALWAYS burnt. They roast their beans to burnt even if it's a "Medium" roast. I've tried to buy their beans in supermarkets, and at shops, and it's always burnt. I just don't get it.
The Teriyaki bowl had a nice mix of veggies, but unfortunately also had an extreme amount of teriyaki sauce, basically filling up the bowl. I think about 1/8 of the sauce would be closer to the typical amount. No other complaints, feels like a nice place with good ingredients. Breakfast burritos are good.
Good spot for an afternoon cortado break to reward your day’s accomplishments with a peanut butter cookie.
I packed my lunch for work and forgot to grab on my way out the door. “Dang it!” I work across the street from Strictly Organic in Bend, Oregon @Evoke Healing Space. I was very thankful knowing I can order online and pick-up food on the to go. Asked for extra lettuce with my BLT and shaBAM!!! ✨ under a 20 minute order/pick up ratio in the mid day rush .. consistent, quality & friendly efficient staff. Cheers
