Great coffee and matcha. Their hazelnut nut milk is the best I’ve ever had. I love their craftsmanship.

Awesome selection of roasted coffee from light to dark. The staff is super friendly and helpful when it comes to picking a coffee to suit your tastes.

Coffee always exceptional, friendly staff, good pastries including GF. It’s in a charming lobby area with high ceilings and even when they’re busy it never seems crowded.

Yummy matcha, great milk-sub suggestion per friendly staff, just wish there was an arrow on the chalkboard sign on how to get to the shop. "Inside hotel" would be a helpful addition 😉

Best coffee we’ve had in Bend so far. Small, but delicious pastry selection. Highly recommend.

Great service and fun selection of coffees. Their Italiano was delightful. And they offer small pours of their drip coffees. Will definitely visit again!

I’ve lived in Bend for 5 years and this is hands down the best coffee you will find. The owner Clint is a master of his craft and really loves what he does, and it shows in his coffees!

Cute and convenient coffee shop located in the Hixon apartment complex lobby. They have good single origin coffee and wifi, as well as unique teas, kombuchas, CBD drinks, chocolates, and I believe some beer and wine too. Nice, bright indoor and outdoor space.

Coming from out of state we were excited to try this coffee spot due to the cute aesthetics we saw online! Sadly horrible service from the girl working (dark hair and glasses). There was a man working with her (tall brown hair) who did great us when we came in but after that interaction we just sat there in line at the front while she re filled containers. We waited for about 5 minutes or so just watching her/and having no other acknowledgement from the staff. It was so awkward!! Since we were knew we weren’t sure the process to order and noticed the iPad was facing us so we eventually asked “oh are we supposed to order through this?” And she replied without even looking up “no I’ll take your order after I’m finished with this” we waited for her to finish and then she asked what we wanted and then kept asking us to repeat our orders. We then watched her cough and not wash her hands as she made our coffees and listened to her sniffle the entire time. Because we already paid - we sat down and attempted to drink our orders but couldn’t finish them. Bland drinks/no flavor (but will give credit for the pretty foam designs!) we ended up leaving our drinks and went off to find another coffee shop (ended up going to Kevista which was GREAT!) Working my entire career in customer service I was appalled by the lack of service and communication from staff.

What a fabulous Cafe! Coming from Portland, my expectations were set high and having a "lobby coffee shop" in my apartment seemed too good to be true, not to mention an exceptional one. Well they exceeded my expectations! You won't find a bad brew here any day any time.

this was pretty good! the coffee was on the bitter side (8 oz latte double shot)... and before you wonder, yes! usually this drink is super smooth at hipster coffee shops (ie Megaphone, looney bean, etc). I'd still come again and accept the bitter! the chocolate chip cookie (it looked more like the shape of a biscuit? but was confirmed to be a cookie) was probably the best I've had in my life. Large chocolate chunks and great texture. basically... come for the ambiance and cookie and stay for the coffee and really nice baristas.

They make their own milks for goodness sake! So lovely, and their selection of pastries is only eclipsed by the parade of dogs passing through who live in the apartments upstairs. Perfect every time.

Fantastic craft coffee, super nice employees in a beautiful modern space… what else do you need? Whenever I travel for work, I try to find a craft coffee spot that focuses on single origin coffee’s and high quality blends, Barista’s who are well trained, and a space that is beautiful and calm. Still Vibrato was all of those things to a “T”! Super nice employees who were well trained and didn’t get overwhelmed with large orders (the folks in front of me ordered like 6 drinks, and they didn’t blink an eye!). I typically get an espresso and a cold brew as a litmus test for new coffee shops, and both were really great! Instead of cold brew, they have an ice coffee, which at first I was a bit skeptical (usually they can be quite bitter and muddy). But after tasting it, I was so surprised by how bright and clean it was! And the espresso was dialed in and excellent! Overall it’s a Top quality place that I highly recommend if you are in bend!
