Very happy we went, though my linguica scramble's eggs were overcooked so they were on the edge of flaky and dry. Flavors redeemed the inconsistent cook mostly. My wife thought her Monte Cristo's french toast eggs were a bit raw. Service was friendly and prompt. Muffin we ordered was delicious. We took our son there and he loved the muffin and the breakfast cubed potatoes were tasty. Coffee actually tasted a little like what I remember European coffee tasted like.
A fun reasonably priced lunch spot
Oddly expensive and the servers care more about talking amongst themselves than greeting their customers. Food is good.
Nice atmosphere for breakfast if you get here early. Unfortunately no pastéis de nata this last weekend. The linguiça was tasty. Service is a bit hands off.
Amazing staff amazing food amazing atmosphere! Thank you!!!
Delicious Cubano sandwich! Staff member Harlen was energized and engaging! 3 of the 4 of us had this sandwich and we were all thrilled. Quick sevice just before lunch rush! A bit pricey but left full and happy!
Let me clear, I loved everything about Sintra. I felt like I walked into a cafe in Europe. The service was fantastic and the music was pleasant. Clearly, the folks that were present at 9am on a Wednesday morning were regulars. I got French toast with scrambled eggs and Italian sausage. The eggs were fluffy, the Italian sausage had a good flavor that was different than I am used to for breakfast (in a good way). The French toast was a bit unique, I believe baguette bread was sliced and used for it. Never had French toast like that, but it worked. Pair that with fresh strawberries/bananas, and it makes for a delicious party in the mouth! I was also impressed with their coffee. The oat milk latte was fabulous. This place does breakfast right. -K
Good breakfast, busy but could sit down right away. Eggs, pancakes, and a couple of unique offerings. You order you food at the counter and they deliver it to your table.
Walked in and the atmosphere was lovely. I ordered huevos rancheros. The presentation, proportion and taste was all there. The sauce of the rancheros did taste more tomato like (pizza sauce) but other than that everything was delicious
A very tasty breakfast spot! The food was delicious! We really enjoyed the food and the coffee.
This place generally has amazing service and food is usually amazing. I oredered delivery for the first time ever and gave specific directions to include syrup and a light dusting of powdered sugar for my pancakes. when I received my order, I only had a hair of Powdered sugar and no syrup. Aside from not being able to enjoy my pancake the toast came cold but was still delicious and the sausage link is the bomb. Just wish I had gotten the syrup to enjoy my pancake. :( still would at least recommend visiting in person always <3
Very confortable space, locaded in the heart of town, all of us had the same impression as soon as we walked in, warm welcoming, simple menu, but good items, interesting Portuges wines, and pretty good service. Satifaing food, good Cappuccino, generos Mimosa's. I will defetly go back there.
I get the Verdura Benedict with avocado. It is by far the best eggs Benedict in town! They also have the best mochas! I eat there pretty much every week and they are so consistent! Never have had a bad meal!
Love the southwest benedict! Fav breakfast spot!
I Ate there yesterday for the first time and had the pork omelette, literally one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had in my life…..🤯 was not expecting that. 🙌🏻 some restaurants just surprise you with how good they are.
Stopped in for a quick bite on our way through Oregon. Food was great. Open atmosphere place looked great and food was great!
I love Cafe Sintra. The food is always great, the people are always super friendly, and it feels great to be in their space. Every time I go. I go. I think I should probably go more often. I had chilaquiles this morning, it was the special and it was delicious. Oh, that's something else I love about this place, they always have a great special which makes it a lot easier to choose from their delicious menu options.
$50 for 2 people breakfast item and coffee. The flavor was okay. Italian sausage was the best part. Everything on my plate was cold. I don't give second chances for places this expensive that serve cold food.
Le Sigh. Another scene-y hipster joint with nothing great to offer. I got the huevos rancheros which was basically a plate of red soup with an egg in there somewhere and a really expensive screwdriver. This place lacked any great flavor profile and portions were small. You have to go up and order your food, pour your own water, bus your own table(if you're civilized) and seat yourself, yet they have the usual 20, 25+ tip selection when you check out after you stand in line to order. This environment is sterile, loud with music that didn't match any persons vibe, and it was 10 in the morning on sunday, like chill out we just want breakfast. I did hear the food used to be good from a local chef and that's why we tried it, but alas, pretty poor experience.
Cute little spot! Loved their Portuguese Benedict. Wish they had some Portuguese sweets to add to the coffee.
