I dream of their iced dirty hippies (dirty chai) with espresso whip cream. Every time I go to Bend I have to have one. Staff is always friendly. Another perk of this place is the view of the river.

We tried the Bees Knees, Velvet Elvis and the Snickerdoodle cookie and everything was scrumptious. It's a cute spot with ample space.

One of my absolute favorite coffee shops in Bend. No matter if I’m in the mood for chai, a latte, drip, or a blended iced coffee, it’s delicious each time. The espresso whip cream is such an excellent touch. Cozy in the winter or vibe-y in the summer on the lawn.
I got the seasonal Pumpkin pie dirty hippie with espresso whip and the ocean pastry, both absolutely delicious! I recommend the roll warmed if you're eating it there, the cardmom is very apparent so if you don't like cardmom do no order. I took my coffee outside in the yard to enjoy the views. Totally love my coffee mug I took home with me. Small seating inside but if the weather permits there is a lot of lawn seating. Great for friends and a morning stop. Shopping near by or a nice river walk in the morning too! Thanks Looney Bean, see you soon!
In love with this cute little coffee shop. We tried both chai and coffee and loved both. The blueberry beet muffin stole the show though. So delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. You can enjoy your drink with a view, there is a large seating area in the back.
We loved spending time at Looney Bean in-between activities. Great selection of coffee, friendly staff and beautiful setting along the river all make this an excellent go-to spot.
Saturday morning was busy but the coffee, pastries and the service was worth the wait. Amazing place with a cute garden with a river view.
Coffee itself is mediocre. Extremely inconsistent both drink and price wise (I pay a different price almost every time). I only come here for the location & dog friendly yard.

Great staff, pastries (delicious jalapeno croissant), coffees. Beautiful and private dining area (quiet, birds chirping, river view,...)
My favorite little coffee shop on the river! Love the Green Monkey smoothie as well as the chai tea.
