I love the vixen chick at the window. I am new to town and came in when I first moved here and there was someone else and now she’s always there. I come back for her. I had the worst day of my life and she turned it around in one trip through that coffee hut. They make good coffee but I come back for her personality. I don’t know if she’s the new owner because the old chick said there was a new owner but I’ll always come back while she’s there. LOVE her. Come see her and you’ll leave happy every time. Thanks vixen chick. Someday I’ll remember your name and not just your car. You are a queen!
Java jungle is the epitome of bad service! The "service worker" did not greet us on arrival. She was in deep conversation with another employee. We waited for her to finish, but the conversation just kept going on and on and on. Finally she pushed out a hello, looking awkwardly and deeply into my wife's eyes then immediately went back to her conversation. Not really knowing what to do, I just yelled my order over her non stop talking, because if I waited, she wasn't going to help us. The highlight of the experience was when she took our payment. She was sporting the grossest most fake nails I've ever seen. When she ripped the card out of my wife's hands, her scavanger talons touched the i pad and a bunch of other germ ridden things. She then prepared food without a second thought of washing her hands and claws. Which having fake nails, by the way, is completly illigal by Oregon Food and Safety standards. After recieving food we thanked her only to be met by deathly silence, thus ending our last experince at an esteblishment that used to be inviting.

I gave Java Jungle another chance after the owner acknowledged the issues with my prior experience. It was incredibly refreshing to know and feel that my experience good or bad mattered. The owner listened to what I had to say, and truly made me feel valued and respected. I have gone here for well over a year, and I am happy to now come back to my regular coffee place! Thank you again for listening to me and for making the situation right. :)
Yummy coffee and smoothies and always a treat for my Cosmo (my pit baby). It can take a minute in the drive through so be prepared

Saw the ratings, was hoping for so much more. Below average coffee for sure, especially to the quality of coffee you can get elsewhere in Bend.

Updated: They started using little bags for their food. Thanks! And maybe I just got their coffee on a bad day, because it's quite good. The staff continues to be lovely. The girl in the kiosk wasn't wearing a mask or gloves and my food came half-wrapped in a paper towel, so it all felt fairly unsanitary. Honestly, some foil wrap would go a really long way. The coffee was pretty weak, too. But the employees both times I've been have been lovely.

The ABSOLUTE best coffee in bend! With a shop full of whatever caffeine intake tickles your fancy, its here with staff that is friendly and always welcoming. This coffee shop has been the hug I need on my hard days! Show your love to the local coffee shops!
The coffee was on point and the poeple are extremely freindly and engaging. A great way to start my day!!! I will definalety make this one of my regular stops.
I go here almost every day! Nicest people that work here! Fast service! And they always know my drink!
The coffee here is good, however we stopped by yesterday and ordered a hot coffee and was given a cold coffee and we're given no offer of a solution when we brought it to the baristas attention. Went back today to try it again and a different barista was very off-putting and seemed annoyed that we were there to order coffee.
