The sourdough bagel was pretty dry and dense. The garlic and herb cream cheese was good, but definitely doesn’t make up for the bagel quality. Ordered online and it was ready at the time I said it would be (contrary to other reviews). Overall, not a place I would recommend to friends or go back to.
Love this place. Hit it every time I am in Bend. Service is great, breakfast sandwiches are the best.
I went on 3-19-23 and watched a server wearing food handling gloves touch his face, handle cash and not change his gloves when he goes to help the next customer.

Really awful online order experience. Arrived and waited for our order, ordered were being placed at the side for pickup and the unmarked counter situation was confusing. Waited 20 minutes for our order past the pick up time with zero staff acknowledgment until we stood in the ORDER line. When we finally were acknowledged, the staff said our orders were were the counter like we should have known but there was absolutely no acknowledgement from staff when it was obvious we were waiting and hadn’t ordered. Staff acted like paying customers were an irritating burden, felt awful. We understand the rush of a restaurant in food service but that’s no excuse for rudeness when we just wanted to pick up our order and waited quietly and patiently. Even a quick”bet with you soon” would do. Do better.

There are always nice folks working here. You can get a yummy lunch for a good price. The giant bags of day-old bagels are a bargain.
Bagels are great, and fresh. Coffee is not great. Not really a sit in joint, more of a pick up and go (though there is a picnic table out front or parks everywhere around!) Sorry, Matt Rinella and your weird review, but even capitalism doesn't mean a young woman owes you a smile...
It is infuriating that this is the only place to get a bagel on the west side from Monday to Wednesday.. The bagels are good but they're really small and even though I go here weekly the amount of times that I have asked for no mustard on my BLT bagel and then have gotten only mustard is ridiculous. The girls who work here are lovely! The bagel flavor selection is really good! Please just listen when people order Oh my gosh!!
Best jalapeño cheddar bagel I have ever had. HOWEVER- note that this is not a New York style bagel. It is lighter, not as chewy and has a crunchier crust, most like a Montreal-style bagel. Exceptionally good with the 3 pepper cream cheese and a heap of roast beef. Loved every bite!

This is an excellent bagel shop. The bagels are truly top-notch as are the toppings. The only downside is is the coffee, which is mediocre.
Awesome custom bagel shop. They make everything right in front of you so it's always fresh. Pretty decent prices for what you get so you'll for sure have a full tummy. Will recommend and return!

First and foremost, the bagels are fantastic. Made fresh every morning and everything on their menu is great. You can't go wrong with any bagel. Quality is pretty consistent across their various locations. This portion is only related to the Westside location and its atmosphere. I've been going to Big O Bagels very frequently since I moved to Central Oregon a few years ago. They are frequently busy which is understanding but they are still typically pretty quick and you never wait for more than 10 minutes; plus there's a 7-11 literally next door. Everytime I walk in to this location on Galveston, I feel like the happiness is immediately drained from my body. They have one employee in particular who has been working there for a while that I feel is to blame; blonde hair, maybe late teens/early 20s, typically runs the register at the counter, literally have never seen her smile once. If you've been to this location, you've likely noticed her or interacted with her. My business always seems like it's a bother, a hindrance, and a massive inconvenience, every single time I go in. Typically the interaction just consists of her saying my total and then staring off into the distance waiting for me to be done. Only occasionally I've received a thanks from her. She has never greeted me with a smile, a "Hey how's is going?", or even any sort of semblance of a positive salutation. She makes this location feel unwelcoming. During my most recent visit (the reason I'm writing this review today), I noticed one of her coworkers actually looked her straight in the eyes and exhaggerated a smile, seemlingly in an attempt to get her to smile, and she just shrugged and looked away. It seems her coworkers have also noticed that she never makes an effort to make the people around her feel welcome. You work a customer service job, at least pretend to be happy and engaging so your customers have a good experience? Anyway, I have begun driving across town to either of the other locations ins
