Holy Cow!!! A friend of ours introduced us to this little amazing establishment! It was off the hook delicious!!! We had the breakfast burritos, eggs bacon & toast, and we also had the French toast!! It was down right the best we've had. The owner and chef was so kind and the entire environment was homey. You just knew you were going to get an amazing meal. I cannot wait to go back. I Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! 5 stars and more!
The fritatta was wonderful! Pick your ingredients - I had sausage, bacon, spinach, onion, and goat cheese.

I had a very nice conversation and a cup of coffee with the owner/chef/dishwasher while my order was being prepared. I almost hated to go sit down and eat! The pastrami hash was amazing! I will definitely be eating here more often!
Get the breakfast burrito. Perfect mix of potatoes and yum. Make sure to bring cash (cash only). Food made with care and love.

Fantastic breakfasts!!! Rick is a one man chef extraordinaire!! The French Toast is the most decadent and delicious mix of bread custard and real maple syrup. The breakfast burrito has a delicious combination of roasted veggies and cheese and sauce-meat optional. Wish I could have stayed in town for a few more days!!

Wonderful service and food. This place is really small with only about 5 tables inside and 3 small bistro tables out front under an awning. The owner does everything and your meal is cooked with fresh ingredients and everything is homemade. Yum! Really reasonable prices too.

Hands down the best breakfast in Bandon. Clean and cute! There was live music that was wonderful mid breakfast. My husband and I both ordered the shoestring biscuits and gravy special. I got my order with bacon and the gravy and loaded biscuits were delish. Well baked biscuits, texture and consistency was even all the way through. I had enough to take some back with me so the serving size was more than adequate.
Honestly the best breakfast I've ever had anywhere. I did not expect this, and now am going to have to drive for hours and hours to get back here when it's time for something special.
We had a great brunch here today! The biscuits n' gravy and breakfast burrito we ate were delicious and the chef was super friendly and accommodating. 2 meals and 2 drinks came to only $20! Highly recommended 👌

This is our destination whenever we are near Bandon. We plan our trips in order to eat at Shoestring Cafe whether passing through or spending the day here. The chef is a master, his food is unique and so well prepared. It is fine dining and comfort food all at the same time. Besides the great food, we love the vibe indoors and out. We want you in Brookings!!
Great guy and great cook. He earned every five star review. We were driving up the coast from Cali to Seattle and stopped in for a coffee. He didn’t have the coffee we were looking for but he made a very nice breakfast burrito then began making biscuits from scratch. We went somewhere else for coffee and returned when the biscuits were done. THE BEST BISCUITS we ever had. We’ve been talking about them ever since and it inspired my girlfriend and I to make biscuits this morning. While eating them we spent some time tracking down this cafe to leave this review.
