Fantastic place for a quick bite!
Great food. Limited space but plenty for our small group even if a bit busy.

Busy place, for good reason. Love the savory waffles, hash brown waffles, good coffee. Be sure to visit Earth and Wood while you're in town. I think Amity must be magical.

This is the 2021 Melt Down sandwich which would make a great year-round breakfast. There is a heated patio for dining in this Covid time. 2023 update. This continues to be a favorite. We go here about once a month.

Delicious waffles and very well made coffee! The atmosphere is cozy and delightful. Bonus points for having gluten free waffles, and yummy too! This is definitely a must stop place in Amity.
No choices for non decaf coffee drinks because they ran out. There also was no lemonade, smoothies or fruity sugar free syrups.
My girlfriend and I had breakfast at The Common Cup in Amity, and had a very bad experience. You pay when you order, so I tipped then. But they didn't serve us like they had been tipped. I ordered my girlfriend a iced mocha, and I a orange juice. We both had waffles and I had additional Hash Brown waffle that came with a poached egg that I had asked to be well done with no runny yoke. I also ordered seasonal fruit for my girlfriend. It took some time to get our order, but that I understood because they were busy. But the food came out before the drinks, and when asked about our drinks, they realized that they forgot to make them. Also the fruit never came because the girl who took our order on a notepad had forgotten to ring it up on the register. And to top it all off, my stomach turned because my egg yoke was runny. I wanted to like this place because I have lived in Amity for a year and a half, but I will never return or suggest it to anyone.

If you believe in buying local you will love the Common Cup. Give them a visit. The waffles are excellent, creative and even a little funky.
One of my favorite places to enjoy good food. It’s a short trip from West Salem and worth the trip. Eat at the waffle bar or in the summer enjoy sitting outside in the back of the building. My favorite waffle: the one with figs and crème frache.
Loved the atmosphere! Had the best cappuccino and waffles! Our family will definitely be back! Great staff!
I had one of the specials and I really liked. I also love the Elvis waffle and any with fresh berries!
