Great burger! Price point!
Fay's Cafe is an awesome place to go if you are in the Albany area. Don't be fooled by the exterior. The food is good, the atmosphere is super fun and retro, and the staff is very friendly. Bubble tea and burgers. What a great combination! Who would have thunk?
Fast, delicious, great prices. 💯 Worth a shot.
Great food, great prices, was what I was expecting. Yakisoba was delicious
Food is bland and so where the fries save your money and go to king cone or something
Clean, friendly and amazing smoothies! Would definitely recommend!
Great service & food. Reasonable prices & good selection. The butterflied shrimp was good & so were the mushrooms. They have shrimp, fish, noodle dishes, and more besides burgers. Huge variety of iced tea & smoothies.
Great food and people will definitely be back
Just ok, nothing like Five Guys or Nancy Jo's. Burgers taste like the frozen patties from the grocery store, not even seasoned. Could use more and better sauces for everything. The fried pickles need a sauce.
The food is good, the drinks are great!!! Adult smoothies are the Bomb!! Fay and the rest of her crew are fab!! Video poker while you wait for your food!
We were disappointed frankly...the burgers are very small and taste just "okay". Think basic Cisco patties with no flair added. The chicken strips were from a freezer bag and bland. The fries tasted good but were super limp and soggy. I got one soda for just under $2 dollars that was very small. It couldn't have had more than 5 ounces in it (generous guess). We had two of everything mentioned except for only one soda for just under $28. If the food was better and the burgers were bigger it might be worth it. We trashed the chicken strips after trying them. We were still hungry after eating the rest. Insult to injury, the place is pretty dirty. This includs the cook, who was outside smoking in the parking lot numerous times while we were waiting for our food..unfortunately this is a place I'll never consider again.
We ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers, and fries with fry sauce, through Grub Hub. The food arrived quickly, but the bacon cheeseburgers were absolutely terrible. They were wet, gray, tasteless patties, with a soggy bun, that was falling apart, and 2 of the tiniest pieces of bacon (if you want to call it that), I have ever seen. I wouldn't eat it. The fries were ok, but they forgot the fry sauce, which is .35 ea. I was refunded for the fry sauce through the Grub Hub app.
Got a bacon cheeseburger and curds. Burger was small and under-seasoned. Only thing that saved it was the cheese curds
I ordered a double hamburger and fries with two milkshakes it was amazing fresh, staff is nice. I think they got another cook because the food is on point.
I had ordered a cheeseburger with no tomato or onion and a side of fries My husband had ordered a banon cheeseburger When our food came my cheeseburger had tomato and onions and no fries. My husband's had no bacon. So neither of us got what we actually ordered This is our second time here and second time we haven't gotten what we ordered
The food was wet and soggy. It smelled funky and didn’t even look like beef was in it, more like pork? It was gross and I couldn’t even get myself to take a single bite
Service is excellent, staff has been super helpful and friendly whenever we have stopped! Wait time for food is super fast yet clearly very fresh and made to order! Fried pickles are great! Teriyaki burger is soooo tasty and moist. You can tell by the flavor that the meat is fresh and not just warmed up from being frozen. Highly recommend trying this place !
Friendly, local service. Feels kind of expensive for what food you get, but that being said: it's pretty dang yummy.
Burger Queen didn't close down. It added food items and renamed itself. Still has all the burgers (which i had the bayou burger) it has grilled onion, burger patty, and sauteed shrimp, yes shrimp. it was delicious!! Don't be afraid of it at all. It added appetizers and yakisoba noodle dishes.
Great fries, awesome shakes, old-fashioned burgers, no chain burger place, my new favorite
