Great friendly and prompt service. This was our first time at a black rock. Coffee was strong. it was a stronger coffee taste than we are used to but definitely helped wake us up and was still flavorful. And still tasted great.
32 ounce blackberry - pomegranate redbull! So damn good and now I'm jacked up! It was fine!

Went to this location 2 times in one day And dealt with the same employees both times that I was there, was picking up orders for Uber and GrubHub and both times that I showed up to get orders I was ignored, then the girls working we're skipping the orders I was there to pick up and making other orders instead of mine. The girls are very snooty and stuck up and very disrespectful! WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Would highly recommend looking into new employees for this location or getting someone to work there who can control the employees and there disrespectfulness!
They are very conscious about food allergies and substitutions here. The coffee is great to boot! I recommend a summer blondie with oat milk, but everything we've gotten here has been great.
Went there today. The guy was a rude. Acted like he could care less what I wanted. Shouldn’t have tipped. I asked for sugar free.. he gave me regular syrup. Even after I politely reiterated that I requested sugar free. Won’t be going to this location again.

The Blonde Mocha's were the best and the crew working were very friendly and helpful the breackfast burrito and ham and cheese croissant were great wish we had one of these in California were we live
I told my wife I was getting sleepy. She offered to drive and I could nap. I said that I couldn't sleep in a car unless I was driving. We bought iced coffee here and I drove to Portland wide awake. It was really, really good.
