We love Allen Bro’s and make a point to stop there on our long road trips. The coffee is fresh, the cafe super clean and the staff friendly.
Staff is always friendly and tries to remember my order, the seating area is nice, and it's just good to visit. I wasn't so into the nitro cold brew, but their plant-based energy drinks are great.
The worst customer service! Oh and they hate COPS!
I have been drinking Allan Bro’s coffee for over 40 years and love it. Due to the virus and warning to keep a safe distance and stay home, I worried about running out of coffee. Then I remembered it was possible to place an order on line. My order came two days after I placed It. Thank you Allan Brothers, your coffee is absolutely the best! Your company is the best!
Very nice experience, with surprisingly good mocha and muffin. The staff were kind and efficient as well. Another thing that I loved about this place was that it is not loud like other coffee shops-- coffee grinders and blenders running the entire time. EDIT: I used the restroom and removed one star. It is kinda gross. Really needs a deep clean or remodel!
I love my Allan Brothers Coffee. I do miss having an Indonesian Pacific blend. My favorite was Celebes but it doesn’t even exist anymore.
Best coffee in town, hands down. Odd location in the industrial area, but the people were really nice and had some good options for quick eats. Did I mention great coffee?
Great place to stop for a quick breakfast. Italian quiche is excellent.
My friend kept raving about the breakfast sandwiches here so I had to come give it a try . BEST BREAKFAST SANDWICH IVE EVER HAD and decent coffee !
I went to the door during open business hours and they were closed and no one had shown up to open.. completely unprofessional.
This company is VERY unprofessional. Managers talk about employees behind their backs instead of being business like and address issues with the employees to their faces. Also, when called for a reference, managers give out information that they shouldn't. BEWARE!!!
I work across the street and frequent this location often. I am normally very satisfied with my service and quality of my purchase. Today was a very different day. I purchased a sandwich and coffee. The customer service representative assisting me with my order never asked what or how I wanted my meal. The only option I was asked about was corn or kettle chips. When I got back to my office there was meat and cheese only on my sandwich. I was very disappointed. I hope this is not a new norm for Allan Bros. This experience was not a good one.
Coffee very good n staff couteous
i always stop at the Allan Bros. flagship station when going back and forth between Eugene and Portland. The people are friendly, the facility clean, food good, coffee my favorite.
Long story short. I'm a USMC veteran. 2013 When I arrived at my new home for the next 8 months in Afghanistan, I found a half of a bag of Allanns Cup left behind by the previous unit. I loved it. I never heard of this company. I made contact with them to inquire on how to get more. They insisted on sending me 5lbs free if I paid the shipping to Afghanistan. I haven't forgotten them. Although I can't afford to order thier coffee regularly, I always purchase Christmas presents from Allann Bros. Superb products and service!

I went there for lunch and ordered a Panini sandwich, they totally forgot about me until I went up to ask them about my order. I live in Albany and frequent Allann Bros. for lunch. I called them from work to let them know what had happen and the HR lady said she would compensate me via gift card. The HR lady never sent me the gift card that she said she was sending me in the mail. I don't think I will be going there anymore for lunch. I will let as may people know about my experience with them and hopefully they will train their people. This happened on 10/15/14 and still no response from Allann Bros.
