Treating myself to a Butterscotch Caramel Frappuccino and was abruptly saddened to see my whipped cream and Caramel were a miss! Taste good, but underwhelming. 😪

Scooters is my go-to coffee place! They never disappoint ☺️ The staff are always so sweet and comfortable to chat with! Service is so fast and the maple waffle sandwich is AMAZING ❤️❤️❤️
The drink options here are great! This is a favorite place for coffee drinks as well as smoothies. They have a maple & pumpkin drink, and allow mixing of flavors that turn out great!
The staff are super friendly, my order always comes out quickly, and my drinks are always correct and tasty! I enjoy coming to this Scooter’s a lot!
Love this scooters. I frequent almost ever day, usually mornings but occasionally the evenings as well. Every employee who has greeted me has always been so kind and cheerful. There's been 1 occasion where my drink was hot instead of iced and they fixed it right there after apologizing ((which it was probably my fault anyway I probably forget to say iced!!)). I went through today (8/1) and they were out of their oat milk. Sad? Yes. But it's out of their control! They were very nice to me since I made an online order and gave me a gift card for the slight upcharge of the oatmilk. Which again, they totally didn't have to do but did out of the kindness of their hearts. They have recognized me as a regular, which is always a plus but "regular" or not I do believe they would be just as nice and genuine to me still. It's obvious the crew here is doing a good job, they work in a timely manner and are as friendly as ever!!!!
My wife and I are loving this spot! We’re not from OKC but only visiting and this became our go to place!

visited this location this morning following a call I made about a wrong order. i asked if i could have the order remade (iced caramelicious), as I had left my name and my phone number with the authority that I spoke to at this location. of course, I know im not entitled to a “free drink” by any means, so I said I have no problem paying for the drink. from the get go, I could tell the person taking my order had an attitude. I was very polite and was in good spirits this morning, but they seemed to be in a rush and very short with me despite me being the only one in the drive thru. If you didn’t want to remake my drink for free, you literally could of said so. When I asked you to remake it, I had no problem paying for it but I would have also appreciated it being remade free of charge since you guys messed it up. We all have rough mornings. But that’s no excuse to have an attitude with a customer that was nothing but polite. I had also just come off a very long and exhausting night shift. we all have to work. do better.
Loooooove the feeling everytime I come in!! Staff gives me the warmest greetings and always eager to chat when wait time is a little longer than usual!! Makes me feel like family and not just another $$.
Most the staff is very pleasant, always have a smile, tasty drinks and they spoil my kids and dogs ! Very polite and fast service will be returning daily!
First time @ scooters - ordered an extra shot (hot) latte and it was very good. Service was good too - friendly and cheerful. A pleasant surprise for this roast-your-own coffee obsessive like me.
I would give this place five stars. I went here an hour ago and got a blended Mocha. It was half coffee and rest whip cream. My drink was not made right. This first time I have gotten a bad blended coffee from this area.
Always friendly and fast every morning my mom and I go to scooters love it!
So thankful for them! These sweet baristas remade my drink from another location and saved my loooong 4 hours in class tonight. So grateful for my delicious drink! <3

Drinks are good, staff is friendly, wait isn’t insane!
