Forgot to stop at Starbucks and decided to just swing through because I was late to work. I am so glad I did their breakfast bagel sausage sandwich was amazing and the vanilla latte was perfect. I’ll stop here probably from now on. Thanks Scooters!

Very friendly staff I thought everything was a bit too expensive but it was still good the coffee was mediocre but I just ordered a plain coffee. I also ordered a waffle sandwich with sausage egg and cheese and that was very good.

Poor customer service, told me to circle around for my coffee it wasn't ready. Waited 10 minutes had to go back through the drive thru... never coming back

The manager was training someone. She was very unprofessional, and rude. I pulled up to the window and the first comment out of her mouth was her talking bad about "coffee snobs". She gave me dirty looks and starting talking bad about me to her coworkers after I brought to her attention that my drink was wrong. Bad example for the person in training!" As a manager myself I'd fire her! I would not tolerate such ugly behavior in my establishment. She was NOT setting an example for the new hire! By the time I got the coffee I actually ordered I was afraid to drink it. I will not be back!

Come here if you want to try their seasonal blended coffees but other than that, Im not sure its worth it. Okay so I used to love coming here. Ive been going to this particluar location for about 3 years now and they used to be fantastic. Drive up and they had a positive attitude no matter the time of morning after they opened. And the coffee was the perfect blend of coffee taste and flavoring. Until early this year when they got some new people on the team. Now all their basic flavors taste like Cappucino. Oh their specialty flavors still are unique but their basic flavors all taste the exact same, it's a pretty big letdown.

I went to Scooters all the time and was happy paying $7 for my coffee until over a week ago I went they never seem to tell you you amount of your order is. Like normal I gave her my card. She turned and repeated my order back and I said yes. She then gave me back my card no receipt. I leave and my phone notified me I was charged 2x my order and then a $15.55 so i call. The manger said the clerk informed her and she would credit it back to my card. I went after 6 days and no refund and she said she would have to talk to the owner first. No custom service of here is some coupons for our mistake here is a drink on us or nothing. It’s been 9 days and still no call or refund. What if I needed that for my children. They didn’t seem to try real hard to keep my business so I’m exposing their terrible customer service and the fact they weren’t even going to make me aware until I had to find out on my own. Do not go to scooters they don’t put the customer first. I will drive to Dutch brothers now or somewhere else where they stand by their customers.

Not real coffee. Just loads of sugary concoctions. I tried the sweet cream cold brew and the coffee is so watered down. I guess if you like “coffee” this place is great.

I got the cold brew and added sweet cream foam and it was pretty watery, like all the ice had melted. Not a big fan.

I’ve been a regular here on and off. Lately, the coffee hasn’t been the greatest, service is eh, and too much foam, Cups haven’t been filled all the way.
