Everytime I come to this store there is a sign on the door saying the lobby is closed and to use the drive through. Today, anticipating I would see this sign, I figured if I ordered I could at least show up at the door to pick up my donuts. Not the case. I still had to wait in a line that was 7 cars deep yet took me 25 minutes to get my donuts. They were ice cold, and when I asked about them at least allowing order pickups in the lobby they said no, it's closed for everything. So of course, all donuts are ice cold... I drive 25 minutes to get these fresh from the store. Not anymore. That's the last time.
My four-year-old loves you guys! Thank you for taking the time to show her how the machines work, it means a lot to all of us. This is now her favorite place.
Saturday night and me and my wife wanted donuts so we stopped because it says online closes at 11pm and when we pulled up they are closed the door also says 11pm…. It’s only 10:30pm why close 30min early??
Check your Kreme filled doughnuts.... got all the way home and none of them were filled. Just a hole into the middle.
Really good donuts when the red light is on, but they do not follow the Fresh Donut times on website. Went here the last two days during 5-7PM and they have only had them cold.
These employees took very good care of me, I had a special order and they did it with eagerness and efficiency. Great staff and the freshest donuts in town!
You can't beat their donuts...so I just eat them! 🙂
Not sure why Yasekia thinks Kary was rude she was so kind. We were behind this woman I believe in drive thru and she was so unkind. Kary never raised her voice and was so kind to offer extra napkins for the messier donuts we ordered. Her & Rudy are always in drive thru. Such kind children
Host name Kari just needs to get a new job she doesn’t need to be taking any orders or dealing with customers at all. She’s extremely rude and acts like you been there it’s an inconvenient horrible experience. On top of that my order was not what I asked.
Terrible place the light is never on and we can't use the app. So we can't get our free dozen
Lobby was closed early in the afternoon. They were out of the minis I went for, so I decided since I had waited 45 mins (no joke) in the drive-thru line that I'd at least get an iced coffee. The machine was broken, so all in all, it was not a great experience. Hopefully just a bad day for them.
I have never experienced a Krispy Kreme before til today but I’m angry cos my donuts were bad tasting grrrrrr lost money cos had to toss them grrrrr
This place is a perfect example of the new generation of slow, lazy, entitled people working at a job they think is beneath them while taking a paycheck. They take out their bitterness on the customers helping pay their wages. Been here twice this year; yeah there won't be a third. This place is just gross.
Lobby still closed. No one spoke at the menu board so I pulled up to the window. Was told I would have to go back through the line. I went elsewhere.
The worker David is the goat ong 😂 so many 50 year olds mad in the reviews like the service is just fine for having to work so early and having short staff and always busy as h
Worst filled donuts I ever had do not go to this krispy kreme We went and less than a half a teaspoon of filling was in a couple of them and a couple of them had no filling So they gave us some free donuts The next day and I cut them open and there is less than a 1/2 a teaspoon in those donuts And they weren't very nice about it.
While the doughnuts were great, the staff was the opposite. It started off with the very unenthusiastic "how can I help you?" that I received when I pulled up to the order speaker. We decided to change our order a bit before reaching the window (nothing complicated, just changed a half dozen of glazed doughnuts to a full dozen) but the worker at the window acted like that was the biggest inconvenience to him and rolled his eyes when I made the request.
I give one star to leave a review. What a rude group of individuals working this morning. I watched as they were rude and rushed 2 different handicapped customers. One didn't even get their complete order and was upset they were rushed. He had donuts but no coffee! slow down, and let those with hearing and verbal limitations place their order. The employees need some compassion training to work in the public.
They were busy, and only had 1 poor guy in the front helping customers. But he was amazing and helpful.
Always go when the lights are on. So far no issues. Got a few staff that are kinda moody almost all the time but for the most part everyone is super nice ^^
