Ummm Average would be a compliment. Don't know why people would settle for such a bad cup of coffee? 🤯

Waited through long drive thru line to end up with wrong order. I went inside to have them fix it. I was immediately confronted with an annoyed attitude by the girl making the food. She said “where’s the food that’s wrong” I said “in the car” she said “I need you to go get it” so I brought it in she takes it annoyed and throws it away. Like she’s trying to prove a point. So she remakes my food throwing sandwiches together and slamming things around. She hands me my food. Never apologizes. I ask for a refund for the trouble and she said “no I’m not going to do that I remade your food”. I was treated so rudely for a mistake that wasn’t mine and leaving with my correct order didn’t make up for the mistake and terrible customer service. I am very disappointed in her lack of concern for the customer.

Same as another reviewer stated. Ordered the turkey avocado bacon bagel sandwich for lunch and it was extremely cold even the bagel! Wasted $9 to still be hungry! This location lacks the customer service and the quality for the price. I will never go back! Also it comes with chips but was never asked or offered a choice of flavors just given plain lays! The female running the drive through seemed like she didn’t want to be there making the whole experience just awful!

I like their bagel but the worker gave me hard time with her attitude. I'm not sure it's because I am an Asian. She was more attentive to other white customers. She ignored me standing right in front of her, while she walked all the way across from the storage to help other customer walked in. I would go to other location if I want bagel.

Picked up 6 bagels this morning to be shared among the family. We bought the following: French toast, apple cinnamon, cheesy hashbrown, pretzel, and cheddar jalapeño. All were delicious. The pretzel bagel was a great surprise, what a winning combination.

I have been here 3 (or 4?) times. I know the lattes have been excellent every time. Sunrise sandwich is fricken amazing, you have to try it at least once. I love the blueberry muffins - super hot, soft, gooey, big blueberries, streusel topping, but my boyfriend prefers the the denser ones from Dunkin Donuts. Einstein doesn't have hazelnut syrup, which seems odd since even french vanilla requires it. (It was 2 parts vanilla to 1 part hazelnut when I worked at Starbucks.)

Every time I go here and try to use the coupons sent to me via email and in my app , they seem confused or don’t know how to do it or almost don’t want to honor it. Why am I trying to plead that it’s valid when the company sent it to me. Work on this!
