The coffee was amazing but I didn't feel welcomed. The lady at the register didn't greet me and barely said a word though our transaction. I asked to look over the menu since it was my first time here and she just nodded and went back to talking to her coworker. I just expected a lot friendlier service like I get at some of my other favorite coffee shops in the area. I would come back but only if I'm too lazy to drive to my normal coffee shop.

Great coffee and perfect place to meet clients or friends, very expensive. Almost 7$ for a latte. Will be back I'm sure, I enjoy meeting clients here.

Anytime, I visit 918, for coffee. I find their staff to be somewhat impersonal, when interacting, with individuals for their orders. I also find that same lack of personality, in there decor, in this historic location.

$1.50 upcharge for oat milk? A half gallon costs 3 bucks lol it could be a dollar. And a dollar up for syrup seems gratuitous too. All this wouldn’t have granted the review but the coffee was so gross I was upset I spent $17 on two lattes.

Need to train baristas on how to froth milk / make coffee. Dine in and still given a paper cup. Very expensive for mediocre coffee.

3 stars for being clean and having plenty of outlets. Other than that customer service is poor, just not inviting or helpful seems they were more interested in being their phone and eating rather than be inconvenienced with a brand new customer new to the area. Hope you treat your locals a little better.

Good atmosphere, friendly people, fair/poor service. 4 orders after us have been served before us... (just a Breve Latte and a cappuccino)and counting. The barista moves at a snails pace! Very-nice decor, but not cozy. Coffee are high quality with a strong, fresh medium -light roast South American herbal/sweetness that is acidic,. but not tart nor sour. Quality coffee. I would come back. 4/5 Stars.

Very unfriendly to anyone with kids. They do not even have a baby changing table. Very rude and unhelpful.

Don’t go here if you have a baby. I asked if they had a changing table in their bathroom and they said no, which I get. Not every place has one in their bathrooms, even though every place should. One employee told me there were couches I could use. A second employee walked by and kind of snippily said “it would be a health code violation to change a diaper on any of the furniture.” I asked where I would be able to change my baby while I waited for our order and she said they had no way to facilitate that. So I had to change my baby on the floor of my car while I stood in the rain to do it. I felt very ostracized for having a baby that needed a diaper change while I was trying to order coffee from there. Definitely won’t be going back until attitudes on babies change and they can be a little more accommodating.

I order a cappuccino and received a drink that was about 12oz, and was had way too much milk for a cappuccino. It tasted more like a latte. I feel like I should've been warned that they do not serve traditional cappuccinos. In addition, I was charged an outrageous $1.50 for oat milk. The coffee was incredibly expensive, and I didn't even receive something resembling what I ordered.

I’ve been supporting this business since 2020 during the covid times, but that’s stopping today! Why? One of the workers came up to us while we were conducting an zoom interview and told us we couldn’t have outside food. No problem, we promptly got our food taken out. Soon after my wife took the food out, she came back and told us to turn our volume down, bare in mind, we had the volume of our iPad at less than 50% and I could hear the conversations of everyone around me, but somehow, we were disrupting everyone, not true! I’m never coming back here nor would I recommend anyone wanting to do any sort of business meeting here, they might come and tell you to be quiet and embarrass you! These photos are from 2020 when I started going there! It was fun while it lasted 918 coffee, I’ll miss my mid day pour over

One of the girls decided to cuss out someone for “disrupting the environment” while they we’re having a conversation at the same level as everyone else. Very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do better.

Service was rude. Got a cappuccino this morning. The cup felt light. I took a few sips and then opened it up to see that it was half empty (see photo). Cappuccinos are not 50% foam. They also only sell 16 oz. So it was more like 8oz of coffee. The coffee itself was subpar. Will definitely not be back.
