Delicious gelato and sorbeto! Key Lime Pie is a must!
Introduced my son to Gelato two weeks ago. Blue Spruce is now on our must stop shop list. We go everytime we are in Stillwater. My son loves the strawberry gelato, the lemon is very clean and refreshing, stole some of my husband's no bake cookie flavor today ..OMG! If you like no bake cookies, the no bake cookie gelato is amazing!!! Highly recommend. Staff is super nice and the shop is always clean.
To the ownership, 3rd time is not a charm! Last evening I brought family, that was in from out of town, to your little shop. …Always wanting to share the “best of Stillwater”! I, we, waited patiently in line, starting outside the open garage door at the side walk, I bragging on and explaining what your Avalanche was. By the time we got up to the counter to make those orders of, what would of been, “5” Avalanche’s, (which I know to be your most expensive offering) and a few cups of gelatos, basically was ask to step aside and allow the line behind us to go ahead with their orders. I assume I would of stood there waiting all evening, because as the line started to shorten people would then trickle in and lengthen the line again. Some of my party did go ahead and changed what they actually were wanting, to satisfy your “single” employee for the evening! All the while, those sitting there in our group, empty handed, we’re there to experience an Avalanche! Finally after some length of time, the line died down, my party finished with their gelato’s, others of us still empty handed. Now it could of been my choice to go up to the counter and order one to go, which we did not. I would of thought the girl behind the counter might “get our attention” and ask if she could help us now… no it was more important for her to text or call someone staying in the back room until we left. All that to say, first of all, I blame you the owner for not staffing your place of business with a second person, especially on a Friday evening. You should make a BIG side note on the menu board that Avalanches are “ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN THERE IS NO LINE!” This is the forth time, in many, to come into your establishment asking specifically for an Avalanche, that there have been service issues. One time I believe we were lied to, saying there was no more coffee in which to make an Avalanche, I find that very hard to believe, you are a coffee establishment, with beans even on the shelf for sell! N

Blue Spruce is a cute little gelato shop situated in downtown. They have delicious gelato that is smooth and creamy. If you don't know what you want they will give you a sample. My partner and I like to have it for dessert after eat savory food next door. They serve coffee as well but don't have any form of cream so you must enjoy black coffee if you plan to get some. I've taken some of their coffee beans home and made them, they are good quality and delicious as well.
Made a trip to Stillwater to visit with our grandson. Treated ourselves before heading home.
Wonderful gelato, wonderful people, soothing music. My granddaughter loves to go to Blue Spruce.

Blue Spruce has always been delicious! Since it first opened years ago out on Perkins Road, my family has been huge fans. Every flavor is fresh and so dang good. Seasonal selections are always fun to see and the favorites you may have are consistently available to look forward to. Thank you Blue Spruce! We love you!
Blue Spruce is a delight every single time. The flavors are always delicious and the atmosphere of the shop is nice too. Their peanut butter gelato is 12/10 and the sorbets are excellent as well
Yummy gelato with a great selection and you can sit outside to enjoy your choice of sweet in a lovely corner of Stillwater.
Every flavor is delicious. I don't actually eat ice cream much but their Gelato is too amazing.
Love this place. An absolute gem of Stillwater. The gelato tastes great. They’ve got a variety of flavors like pistachio, coffee, caramel, and flavors on rotation like matcha. There is seating inside the store that has a very pretty corner view.
