Over the top friendly staff. I mean, we are talking about Chick-fil-A staff friendly. Coffee has great flavor and is not burned. I got macadamia nut flavor to my latte and it was really good. They were fast, but do not lose quality. I like their retro decor on the outside. It just overall is always a welcoming experience. My only issue is the cup sizes. Like what the heck, how is my hot latte a large? It is a baby compared to the iced latte. I get the large with 2 out of the 4 shots it comes with because I just want a nice large drink to enjoy on the road. But it is crazy expensive and it is not that large of a drink. Little disappointed. It might help if they took off the charges for the 2 shots I don't want so I am not paying for them still. Especially when the large is not large.

While I usually love Dutch Bros., this visit was disappointing. I placed my order with an employee who came to my car. When I got to the window, no one greeted me, and I watched an employee make two cold drinks, which were then offered to me. Neither were a part of my order! I had ordered one hot and one cold drink, which I told the employee. She went back to making another cold drink, again not a part of my order, even after another employee told her again what I had ordered. Somehow, my order had "disappeared" from the order screen after only appearing very briefly! The second employee ended up making the order and giving it to me, after we waited all this time.
The ba nay nay is delicious and the people are friendly! I will definitely be back!

Anytime I go to a Dutch Bros the service is excellent. The teas are not good they are not sweet enough. The coffee is alright I feel like the staff needs more training on how to make drinks correctly.

Workers are usually super friendly. Drinks are never consistently the same taste. Lines are too long. Store needs more staff.

I enjoy the coffee, but not enough to wait so long. I guess the store is already understaffed ? But there’s never anyone taking orders, just waiting to order at the window which sucks. How do I get my drink faster?
I get a caramel breve with extra espresso and it's always good. Also the german chocolate is good. I wish there was a place to sit while waiting for drinks.
