The staff is friendly but the atmosphere is strange. With an English style hardwood furnishings but country pop music. The staff lack any knowledge of food allergies in relation to the menu but quickly the manager was able to answer menu related questions correctly. It was nice.
We were with a large group and everything went very well. Food was good. Everyone received their food about the same time. Heard the coffee bar and ice cream bar were very good.
Went here tonight to give it a second try since when I went the first time they had just opened and had a limited menu. Tonight they only had a certain Menu because of Cinco DE Mayo. We were told they had a 40 min wait and they would call. We waited and got a call and said our table would be ready in 10 min. We then waited another 20 mins for our table. After being seated we went ahead and ordered our food when we ordered out drinks. We waited for awhile and never got our drinks. Finally we saw our waitress bringing drinks to the table next to us who came in after us. We had to ask her to bring our drinks. We got our food and it was mediocre. So bland. My husband and I also didn't get some items that came with our meals so we asked about those and the waitress didn't know what we were talking about so we had to show her the menu. They served Mexican food which I know they don't usually do but it wasn't that great. We never got refills. My husband got a margarita that cost $8 and the cup was only half full. Service was terrible any time we needed something we had to find our waitress. Probably won't be going back.
Came in to get some ice cream with my boyfriend and was completely ignored as well as treated rudely by the staff. As we came in there was a worker on his phone that refused to acknowledge us and the girl who served me acted as though I was a nuisance.
They think that medium rare is well done. Way over priced for what they provide. Seems to be the thing to do in Sapulpa, overcharge for mediocrity. I'll give it another shot in 6 months.
Nice place that is pretty refreshing with an interesting menu and several great dishes. Sort of has it all from alcohol drinks to fancy Gelato/ice cream and deserts. Even had an interesting assortment of appetizers to share.
This isn't a completely fair review, there were twenty of us there, the staff was friendly and accommodating, our orders on the end of the table were taken first, we were all served at the same time starting on the end that put their orders in last, four of us on the table that ordered first had cold food, we think our food had been done for a while and sitting waiting on everyone else's food to get done since we had ordered first, that's why it was cold. So I have been back twice, great service, and hot food both times.
I have eaten their twice. The first time was lunch. They were busy. I ordered tomato soup. It was good, but cold. I came back today to give them a second try. I was seated and no one came to wait on me and my mom. After 10 minutes we got up and left. We were The only ones in the restaurant. It was around 3pm. I won’t be back. It’s a beautiful restaurant, but that’s were it stops.
We were there for happy hour. The burgers and fried mushrooms were awesome and the service was attentive.
I just had the brunch burger to go. I was amazed. That burger was AMAZING. I was hesitant about the sweetness of the candied bacon but decided to trust the chef and try it. The egg was cooked perfectly for a nice yolk run. Top off the experience with that bun and you have brunch perfection. The potatoes were well seasoned and crisp but for me it was all about that burger.
The service and food were amazing! The atmosphere is great and I we will definitely be returning!
The sausage burrito was refrigerator cold, not once but even getting it back a second time. The gravy was so salty. Service was attentive and the place is gorgeous. A lot of work needed on the food aspect of this restaurant.
The food was okay.. but the ice cream was great. The atmosphere and how it’s decorated is really calm and nice. The best part of our evening was the service we received from Tami, she was amazing. She made the experience over all worth it.
One of the owners greeted us as we walked in and was very friendly. We were pleased with the unique atmosphere which was fun looking around at all of the photos of Sapulpa’s past. The food and service was excellent. We mentioned we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and we were surprised they sent out a complimentary dessert. It was a treat trying something new and look forward to going back.
Absolutely loved our dinner here. The vibe, the food and the service was top notch. Our new favorite spot!
My wife's chicken was cold my Sheppard pie was hot but way too salty the atmosphere was awesome.
I wanted to like this place, but the food is not edible, we had to send it back. The steak was way to salty, the chicken over cooked, the shrimp had a fishy taste to it, and they didnt even get the veggies and fries right. I hope they redo the menu and bounce back from this.
Really cool place and great food. Love the different bar areas (coffee bar, alcohol bar, and dessert bar), the old woodwork of the bars makes you think you're up east or overseas in a pub. The decor is somewhat antique, but I love the tables, chairs, and dining wear. It's a must see!
It was disappointing. I'm not a picky eater yet we sent a couple things back to the kitchen - mushy fried mushrooms; hard undercooked carrots that were still hard when re-served to us a bit later. The meat was OK but just nothing special. Definitely not worth a special trip or drive to visit.
Ice cream was soooooo delicious! Unique flavors and the flavored cones are an excellent touch! Will be back to dine.
