I frequent this place pretty often because it is the closest coffee shop to me that is consistently open. I’ve always had good experiences with the staff and the drinks, but today was different. Luckily, I had the foresight to check my purse right as the girl taking my order opened the window. Somehow, I had forgotten to put my wallet back in my purse. I told her I would be right back as I don’t live very far, and she offered to pay for my drink! She was so sweet and understanding, it was definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Not something you’d get at Starbucks that’s for sure. Great staff and great drinks, will definitely be returning (with my wallet) :)
I have been to their mobile truck many times and loved it. The shop is not as good. I got a frappe and the flavor is great, but it still had ice chunks that I was having to crunch, not smooth at all.
Great service and great owners
Service was good but the coffee wasn’t anything to write home about. I got an Americano, the coffee lacked flavor and they used frothed milk to fill the cup. I’d suggest upgrading to a commercial grade expresso machine and perfecting the basics.
This place is great! They have such unique flavors, like a blueberry crumble latte, which has been my favorite so far after it was recommended by a friend, and they have more sugar free flavors than any shop I’ve visited. But my favorite thing about A Latte Love is that every time I stop by, I leave smiling. The staff is so kind whether you get the owner or another team member. Today my sleeve was decorated by the sweetest girl and it just put the biggest smile on my face. Thanks for making my day and for having yummy drinks!
They had their truck at the hospital I work at. The girl helping me order was as sweet as can be! She also made a great suggestion, and the latte I had was phenomenal. Sure hope to see them again soon!
