So many people that they lose track of waiting list. Need a better system.

The food is incredible. It's beautifully plated, and everything tastes fantastic. The avocado toast is like a piece of fine art on a plate. And the interior design and decor - bravo. 🤌🏻 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back in the future.

For a tourist destination, it's quite well done. The building restorations are high quality in design and construction quality. We only had dessert, but I assume the full meals are good as well. The Pioneer Woman brand has saved this little town.

We had breakfast and it was fabulous! By going early, we missed all the long lines and got right in and spent time shopping after before it got too crowded. Wonderful experience

The atmosphere, decor, and staff were beautiful, friendly, and relaxing. While I am a big fan of Pioneer Woman cooking show, which I have watched from it's inception and growth; in addition to having made of the recipes, I slightly disappointed in the overall food at The Mercantile. The complimentary biscuits were a bit overdone and dry. The smooth homemade jam was simple, yet delicious, and a nice accompaniment to the tender inside of the biscuits. With my small appetite, in lieu of a sandwich or entree, I opted for the new sidedish, corn casserole. My error was in anticipating more of a Southern corn pudding. My sister had the BBQ quarter chicken with mashed potatoes. Tender and flavorful. My Aunt had the chicken pot pie. They were both pleased with their selections. Everyone took food one as the portions were generous. I have my Aunt the remainer of my corn casserole.

This was our second visit to the Merc, but our first since they redid the restaurant. The decor of the restaurant is completely different than it was before, and honestly I like the old layout better. The new layout didn’t look as comforting and inviting as it did then. Now it looks more like just plain tables and fancy weird pendants, that I don’t think fit in the decor of the rest of the Merc. They have maintained the quality of the food, and our meal was absolutely delicious. We had the Ladd’s Favorite Chicken Sandwich and it was just as good as I remember it from our first trip in February 2022. The staff is great and our server, Eva, was fantastic. can’t wait to go back, but I think our next trip will be in the fall closer to the Christmas season.

Food was TERRIBLE, my family and I drove from Tulsa, we had heard so much about the Pioneer Woman's food. I have never had had a rueben sandwich that had coleslaw on it, my sister had the fish, she said it wasn't seasoned, and my mom had the pulled pork sandwich with homemade chips that were burned. When my mother complains about food, IT AINT GOOD. The only thing that was good was the pecan pie!

Extremely slow service! Stopped for lunch and in the first half hour we got our drinks - an ice tea and a glass of water. Still waiting for food…

Our first time eating here. We heard about this place from all the locals and thought we would drive up and try it. The wait was 5 minutes to get a table; we heard the line is usually out the door. We tried the pot pie, country fried steak, chicken parmesan, and beet salad. We also had biscuits (delicious with homemade jam) and side salads. The food was delicious and Amber, our waitress was extremely attentive. There is also a nicely stocked store attached with various shirts, books, kitchenware, etc. The upstair area offers desserts- we were full and passed on that.

Very wide and open and pretty on Christmas! Really good biscuits and food. Very nice gift shop and a beautiful bakery. Very old fashioned with leather seat booths. We loved the pictures and wood carvings and stuffed animals. And cookbooks!!! Review by Hayden and Olivia.
