The two baristas behind the counter are not exactly welcoming. They seemed annoyed when asked if the oatmeal I bought could be heated up. "I used hot water." Ok, well, it's not hot. Then asked for the wifi password, and they said, "It's around the corner." I guess that meant it's on a tiny sign down the counter. They could've just told me the password, "stellanova", which shouldn't be too hard to remember or tell a customer. Terrible customer service overall. It was bad last time, but not this bad.
So glad we stopped here! Coffee was amazing and the barista was very friendly.

It's a shame that the girl who serves you is a pedantic when she serves the customer just because you're Hispanic, it's a shame since it was my favorite place to buy coffee. Maybe her dyed and disheveled hair clouds her vision because she makes fun of her colleagues when boy leaving the store .. I hope he hasn't done something to my coffee
Please update your hours on Google when you decide to close early. Posting notices on the door is well and good, but it is rather irritating when one comes to downtown for a change of scenery, pays for parking and is looking forward to quality coffee, expecting to be able to work in a great environment until 5.
Coffee is ok. While it was 8 degrees outside with a windchill of -8 they decided to keep it at 55 in their shop. Wouldn’t turn it up either. If you can’t heat the space then don’t open up.
Good coffee shop. I got the overnight oats and a toasted cinnamon latte with oat milk. The coffee was good. The service only okay. No one said hi. Thank you. Just not the warm vibe that I get at most coffee shops.

Loving the vibe of this downtown location with various seating arrangement for small to bigger group. Especially liking the cozy area with leather couches and a curtain for some privacy.

Editing to 5 stars: I emailed the company and they are working it out with the team and they will be sending me a gift card for the feedback. Regularly seems to forget that orders have processed and been paid. I’ve had to go up and remind them of my order after waiting 15+ minutes for a cup of tea several different dates now. “What’s your order? What’s your size?” This is with an empty line, maybe one or two others waiting on some occasions. This has Only been a problem in last month or so, but it makes it so I can’t step away from work for a quick cup anymore. I spend over $35 a week here and starting to feel like it’s just not worth it anymore.
I’m always so impressed with the kind, attentive, and quick service from the baristas here. The atmosphere inside is always clean and cozy. The breakfast wraps and a cold brew are always a bright start to my day!
