My son treated me to breakfast here for an early Mother’s Day date. The time spent with him was lovely, the food, left something to be desired . I’m a southern girl who knows how biscuits & sausage gravy are supposed to be, I make it frequently at home. The biscuits were a bit hard & the gravy was just ok. This is cheap food to make & they’re charging way too much for this style of food, because they’re in a nice area of the city. My son ordered the Velvet Elvis. His bacon was so hard, he pulled it off & didn’t eat it. $8 for a biscuit with peanut butter, jelly, banana & bacon on it. If anything, that bacon should have been the bomb, with it being the most expensive item in the “meal.” I put that in quotations because that’s $8 with no side. He had to pay extra for hash browns. Won’t be back again, unfortunately.
Worse breakfast I've ever had especially for price definitely won't be back
I had a friend visiting from out of town, and wanted to take him somewhere fun and local for brunch, so this is where we ended up since it was such a beautiful day, and and we wanted to sit outside to eat. The patio is large, and covered so you aren't left baking in the sun while you enjoy the best spin on egg's benny I've ever tried. Pulled pork and green chili instead of Canadian bacon! Yes, please! All on top of biscuits instead of English muffins? Okay! Smothered in the best hollandaise sauce! Honestly the best brunch I've had in OKC!
Mcdonalds sausage egg biscuits are better! I thought the biscuit was avg at best and my egg was scorched which gives eggs a burnt hair flavor. Wont be back!
I had high expectations for this place! Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and the largest one too. The plate I ordered sounded like a lot. It was biscuits and sausage gravy with one meat but I paid extra for a second. I have pictured what I received and was disappointed with the portion size. All that being said everything was made with high-quality ingredients and the biscuits looked homemade. It was served with a small bowl of tater tots. The bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit were bigger than any I've seen in any restaurant but pricey at $7. I could see that on a food truck but lowering it by $1 might increase sales and number ordered as well. My buddy said the mimosa was good and I will say the portion size was perfect for a smaller guy like him. Alcohol is his main protein, lol.
This was my first time trying Hunny Bunny Biscuit. We walked in and we’re not greeted and the girl just sat there clicking her pens while we were trying to order. The food is expensive for no reason because it was not good at all. It was edible atleast. It is self service so you pay and order at the front and then sit down and you have to get up to refill your drinks and get anything you may need but they had the audacity to ask for a tip. I don’t mind leaving a good tip if I’m being waited on but not when it is self service. That’s ridiculous. We got our food and was not asked once how it was or anything. The tables around us were dirty. The people working there looked unkept and grungy.none of the employees were friendly in the slightest. Overall an awful experience and waste of money.
Overall a great experience,
Great food!! Great service!! Fair prices!! I’ll be back for sure.
Awesome place with great food, service, and price. Try the French Hen, the apple butter is phenomenal.
I recently visited HunnyBunny Biscuit Company and it was a delightful experience. Everything on the menu was centered around biscuits, and I must say, the options were nothing short of delicious. My daughter enjoyed the crispy bacon and the eggs were cooked to perfection. I opted for the Nashville chicken biscuit, and it was the perfect blend of spice and flavor. The casual dining experience was a refreshing change of pace. There were no waiters, which meant I could get in and out quickly, making it an ideal spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. The atmosphere was laid-back and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my meal. The music selection was another highlight of my visit. The throwback jams added to the overall ambiance and created a fun and lively atmosphere. I found myself humming along to some of my favorite tunes while enjoying my food. The staff and management were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made the overall dining experience that much more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend HunnyBunny Biscuit Company to anyone in the mood for some delicious biscuits and a laid-back dining experience. From the food to the a
Easily the most amazing biscuits I've ever had! Well worth the short wait. Service was excellent! I had the Elvis biscuit-peanut butter bacon banana drenched in honey! Omg...delicious! Next time we're on that side of town we will definitely be back! Please open up one of these in Bethany!
First time, and it was great! Delicious!
My problem is really only with the food. Staff were great and friendly. I got the Hot Mess with mushroom gravy. Overall, highly disappointed. The biscuit was just cooked. 1min less in the oven and it would have been raw. I was expecting the gravy to have a strong mushroom/umami flavor.. But it was really just white gravy with some mushrooms in it. And I was also disappointed in the tots. They just seemed like frozen tator tots. Maybe I had too high of expectations going in? But it was just pretty below average. Would not come again for the food.
Beautifully decorated, with a retro vibe. Tiffany greeted us at the counter where we made our orders. She was very helpful. Once we ordered we took our number to the table we selected. With in minutes a guy shows up with our beautiful bowls of fresh and hot entrees, honey butter and peach jam. SO GOOD! #GETRDUNN #SEALOFAPPROVAL
I genuinely love the food here and it's great. I was so happy when this location opened up having been a regular at the one on 23rd st. But they processed my payment and my tip separately. They processed my payment the next day and the tip three days later. I'm overdrawn $5 cus I spent money afterward. The food is great and the service is amazing but maybe use cash.
This was my second visit to HunnyBunny Biscuit Co at the Memorial location, and I only went because I was invited to go there. This time I ordered Biscuit French Toast. I think I'm being quite generous on giving it a 2 out of 5. I would never buy or eat their version of French Toast again. The fruit on it was the best part, and, in general, I don't overly enjoy most fruit. The French Toast was dry, unimpressive, and rather tasteless. The whipped cream topping is extremely sweet. The dry biscuit was incapable of soaking up any significant amount of egg mixture. For a place with "Biscuit" in its name, they aren't very good, but I have a couple of superb biscuit makers in my family. This restaurant, or possibly, this location is well worth passing by!
I got the canonball. It was good, and I left full. Expensive though.
Ordered the fried chicken plate and the hot mess. Also tried the cinnamon roll biscuit, which I was not a fan of because it wasnt soft as I expected. And the strawberry shortcake biscuit it was okay. It would have been better if the biscuit had a sweet taste as well.
Just barely ok. Expensive for what you get and not the most tasty. I will usually give a place at least two chances. Probably not this one.
We have been to Hunny Bunny several times over the past year and find the quality to be inconsistent at best. The visit this morning will keep us away for good. I ordered my dish cooked lightly and it came brown & overcooked; I asked them to remake it which they reluctantly did. That left me with a hard biscuit and no jelly as ordered. My friend's plate did not come as ordered either and was not even hot enough to melt the cheese, his biscuit was hard and inedible. The server had a really bad attitude though I can't say anyone was friendly. A pretty bad breakfast experience for $30 for two people.
