Delicious made to order food! The best thing we had hands down was the fresh out of the oven croissants with orange syrup on top. Unreal, we probably didn’t need anything else after these because they were perfect, but the bloody Mary’s and mimosa were delicious and the perfect size and taste. Our waitress was amazing, and took a special moment to shout out to the two moms of our group on mothers day. She came at the right time with all the things we needed. Hopefully we’ll go back next time we’re in OKC!
Super friendly service and always delicious food, each time I've been here! The tumblers are always delicious, and I always want more! The photo is of the Coyote omelette, and it was very flavorful! The pancakes are also great, as are the benedicts that I've had on past visits. The only downside is there is always a line to get a table as it is, rightfully, always super busy and loud with narrow walk ways to tables, but the style is nice and the wait is worth it.
This was our first time to eat here and it didn’t disappoint! We enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere!
Great food altogether and lots of options. Tried the eggs Benedict flight and really liked the different styles, especially with grits (and loved the style of grits). More adult coffee drink options than I have seen at most places, which were delicious!

My friend and I just ate here after the Memorial 5K, this was such a delicious place to eat! The service was Excellent and friendly. It was busy but we never felt rushed while eating.

Nathan was a wonderful waiter! Kept our coffee and water full while we waited, poor kitchen was understandably understaffed. I’ll be coming back and asking for him!
Food was fine. Service was short staffed so not their fault but had a really hard time adequately helping everyone because they filled up anyway. Did their best.
This place is amazing. But I will recommend calling ahead to get on the wait list. Other than that it is so worth it.
Hatch was quite literally one of the best meals we've had that wasn't made in our home. It's hard to find food this good anymore. I had the Benedict Johnny which was fabulous from beginning to end. My husband had the kitchen sink and ate every bite. I wish my "loaded" tumblers had more of the cheddar hollandaise and bacon. I think I'd call what I received "topped" instead of loaded. Overall, still absolutely amazing! Thanks so much to Nathan for being a wonderful server. He offered advice on our menu selections and offered to bring me a coffee to go without being asked. Top-notch. Also, they're more than happy to make any substitutions you request. My weird 13 year old wanted waffles with chicken tortilla soup and I told her she couldn't order it that way out respect for the kitchen staff. Then Nathan suggested she sub the side of bacon, that she didn't really want, for the soup. I'd drive from Durant 5 days a week to eat here if there wasn't so much construction on 35 🤣
U can sit at the bar and watch TV relax just yourself in the morning. Or sit down outside and enjoy the morning. Love this place and love their shots! Ask for their special shot menu with green tea shots. It is to die for and always good every time.
Im in the office early, and Hatch opens early, 6:00 AM. I appreciate this in an establishment that offers breakfast. The food is well made and proportioned well. The service is friendly and efficient.
I ordered this off of door-dash this morning, and when my order arrived my biscuits and gravy did not have any gravy, and my eggs Benedict did not have any hollandaise sauce. I figured this was just an honest mistake, and I called the restaurant to see if I could come pick up a fresh order that was correct. The first person I spoke with on the phone was helpful, and I went and picked up the food that had supposedly been fixed. When I got back home I realized they had given me gravy, but I was still missing hollandaise sauce. My partner called this time hoping to get a refund, and they told us once again we could drive back and get a replacement. Weve spent almost 2 hours trying to get our breakfast, and at this point we’re just going to get something else. $40 wasted.

Food was great, atmosphere even better. Place was def happening when I got there but looked to slow down right after 12pm. Menu was everything and so unique on all levels.
Really really good food and coffee. I had the migas plate which was an excellent mixture of soft eggs and crunchy tortillas strips and vegetables. My friend's blueberry pancake --- well all I need to say is "wow". It was incredible. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the food I ate. It's sort of an industrial setting, therefore it gets very loud in there. It looks great, but the acoustics made it hard for me to hear my friend who I met.
AMANDA, you were golden! A million dollar smile and a trillion dollar attitude served with the highest respect for what customer service really means. So far, the best in OKC hands down for our party of 5! Food was excellent, compliments to the chef. You made all the right suggestions Amanda.
