Delicious coffee and always love a local business BUT they are BEYOND slow. Everyone I've talked to about this place says the same thing and multiple reviews agree. People recommend the app because you can order ahead, but not real convenient when I have 2 small children I would have to get out to go in just to grab a coffee.
First time visit, and I really liked this shop! I saw that some of the reviews recommend the Honey Vanilla Latte, so I gave it a try and really liked it! Not many coffee shops do a great job of blended drinks, but this one definitely does a good job at it. The staff were kind as well I'd definitely recommend this shop, and hope to come back again
So good! The inside had cute decor and was clean. I got an iced salted caramel mocha and my partner got a hot chocolate. They were sweet and creamy. We both really liked it.
Good coffee, a wide variety of coffee type drinks from standard to iced to blended. The folks behind the counter were great and very helpful to a first-time customer.

Hey there, I wanted to mention my experience at the shop on 4/15/13. Visiting the shop on Saturday morning was a bummer. I bought two coffees and two paninis. Both paninis were undercooked. The sausage was still cold from the freezer and the bacon panini basically had raw bacon on it. We waited for a good 30 minutes for both drinks. I had to ask the cashier for my drinks. To which she said,” I’ll get right on that, I’m not sure where all these drinks are disappearing to.” We finally got our drinks after 30 minutes of waiting. I think i can diagnose your malfunction. I noticed that I wasn’t asked my name or given any order number when my order was completed, but the cashier didn’t forget to ask for a tip. How on earth do you plan on letting someone know their order is ready without asking for their name or giving them an order #. Behind the counter was basically a sorority with less coordination. How do you stay in business with this bad of service? I will not ever step foot into your establishment again, Starbucks is the same price for much better service and quality. Before you get all defensive, just know you asked for my review. This was a horrible experience. Let’s hope you change some things and don’t lose more customers.

This is a local coffee shop that has tons of options for you. If you temper your expectations, it can be okay. Like most fast food restaurants these days, the majority of employees are under twenty and do the minimum their job requires. Minimum pay, minimum effort. I do not fault the employees at all for that. They do have a lot of options for coffee and other beverages. And a surprisingly large amount of food options. That is when they have the food or drinks in stock.
Came to town to visit my family and tried out this little gem. I wanted to order my coffee by description instead of any named drink, and the cashier really helped me create a winner! Loved it 😍 the atmosphere was awesome 👌 definitely regretted not bringing my laptop with me.

The food was not worth the price we paid. It was ok but not great. The taste of the coffee was ok but different. Nice service and atmosphere.

I did a take out on the Carmel mochiato and a bacon egg and cheese Panera sandwich. IT WAS GREAT! It's been a long time since I've had a GREAT tasting coffee, (JUST THE WAY I WANTED IT by the way!). I didn't have to add anything to it AT ALL!. The sandwich came out nice and HOT TOOO... GREAT JOB! I will DEFINITELY be back to your store and continue to try your other store when they are in the area. AGAIN, GREAT JOB!... DEFINITELY HAVE to leave this one with a BIG FAT YUUUMMMM!!!!😋😋😋😋😋😋😃😃🙃🙃🙂🙂 P.S. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT TOO!!!

Wild Hero is my favorite coffee shop!
I have been a loyal customer to Wild Hero for many years. The environment is comfortable and the workers are friendly. My main complaint is that their drinks have been very milky lately. Almost every time I go there, my drink tastes like 90% milk with a hint of coffee. For a $6-7, I think that they may be skimping on the amount of coffee they include. Lattes need more espresso. Another thing to note is the wifi there works about 50% of the time. This has been a problem for many years and can be inconvenient for paying customers that need a work/study space.
